Contacted Emergency Hero after drilling through a central heating pipe. I got a call quickly, and was quoted a reasonable price to be paid upfront. Engineer was on site within 90 minutes, fixed the issue within the quoted time with no further issues. There were no additional hidden costs after completion, all round great service.

Called me within minutes and electrician here within an hour and resolved problem

Paul King plumber was with us within the hour despite bank holiday, determined the cause of the leak, replaced the faulty tee piece in the central heating piping and stayed with us afterwards for a while to ensure the joint stayed dry. Super job thanks.

I was in a right panic when all my power went down after telephoning emergency hero they sorted.out immediately within 2 hours a engineer knocked my door and sorted it out strait away.

it was expensive because it was emergency bank holiday.
but we only waited 30 minutes which was pretty good.

Currently have a claim in dispute with this company, which they haven’t responded to yet. I had a burst water pipe and opted to use the emergency call out option and paid the extra £90 on the promise they would attend in 4 hours. They said it would be with in an hour but and a plumber contacted me several times to say he was close by, however never showed. I then tried to call him back and his phone was turned off, before calling me back and telling me he had gone to the wrong postcode. Bloke on switchboard was helpful and got another plumber out within an hour, however outside of the 4 hour promise and only because I kept chasing.

Arrived on time, the plumbing issue was resolved straight away, will recommend.

Emergency call out from Paul King. Very speedy response on a bank holiday weekend. Diagnosed and fixed quickly. Very nice chap and would highly recommend!!

The customer service was brilliant. The plumber that came, Remi Davis was amazing instantly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue I couldn't ask for better service.

I called Emergency Hero on Sunday morning 29th March as I had Air BnB guests staying in my caravan, Saturday was a cold night and the heating was not working. In fact the entire gas supply was defective. Therefore no cooker either or hot water for a shower or washing.

Jack was very calm and clear on the phone and said he could bring a plumber out to help within two hours. I had not been able to raise any other plumber after leaving messages with four.

We were close to making the payment when I was called by the caravan park manager so I asked if I could take the call.

Jack was very understanding when I came back to him and conveyed that the problem had been solved and I needed to cancel the plumber he was setting up.

I don't even want to give them a 1 star as they are utterly useless!!!!!!! All they do is take your money, don't do the job and then fob you off. Then the phone number that you originally called is unrecognisable!!! Ive got hold of watchdog about them. Do not use these!!!

I cant fault this service- phone call was received within 15 minutes of submitting my request.
Everything was explained over the phone.
Electrician arrived in under 2 hours of the phone call, he was very informative, helpful and gave great advice

Prompt service for plumbing emergency. Kept me updated on progress of plumber attendance. Plumber Richard arrived within the 3 hours and quickly sorted the leak.

The guy that answered our call was very friendly and knowledgeable. The plumber arrived within an hour and a half. He was very thorough. He couldn't fix the problem as he had to order a length of pipe specific to our Qooker hot tap but he managed to bypass it so we still had hot and cold water. He ordered the part and is coming back to fit it.
I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, very efficient and Kevin that came to sort my boiler out was very knowledgeable and proficient, also had a masterclass on boilers as he was working.

Sudden gush of leaking water brings on a sense of panic! But through Emergency Hero, Paul came out in good time and calmly fixed it! He kept us informed of his arrival time, explained the problem and sorted it out. Thanks Paul

I had a couple of issues to look at in my recently purchased house. Called emergency hero to fix them. The technician appeared quickly, in a matter of 5 minutes he looked at the issues and decided that none had a fix he could do. Excellent, 180£ down the drain, but fair.

After nagging to get a temporary fix on one of the pipes which would consist on applying sealant between 2 pipes the technician agreed to do it.
I only realised that the job was not properly done the next day, when I looked out from above to the pipe and realised the technician missed a part of the pipes circumference where there was no sealant put at all, which makes the whole temporary fix useless.

The second issue happened after the visit whilst the technician, Paul King, left the house. After greeting him out and closing the door behind myself, he decided to let himself inside without warning or knocking, presenting me his card which I reluctantly took, then insisted (again, as he mentioned earlier too) to leave him a good review on trustpilot, he did so by standing besides me whilst I was sitting and showing me a link to the trustpilot on his phone, which I did took a picture and said I will do it later, to which he mentioned that he could show me how to do it.
This is in my opinion completely unacceptable behaviour, it made me feel uncomfortable in my own home, and I am a tall adult man, can't imagine how that interaction would have gone for someone more vulnerable.

Lastly, the customer service decided that the report of the technician was enough and wouldn't need to send anyone else to check the fix unless I would pay again, they even refused to receive proof sent by me to show that the fix was not properly done.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible technician.

Can I just say the customer advisor I dealt with Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with a referred company for emergency call out that I agreed to a re wire for but service not provided . She followed up on my email and concerns and within 20 mins I had email from this company to say they had sent me the refund . I can’t not thank Elizabeth enough top notch customer service .

Really helpful staff had someone to my door within 2 hours, khuram was really polite and respectful he also made me feel really safe as I was really worried something bad was going to happen. He reassured me made the boiler safe to use again would be recommending to anyone who has urgent boiler issues

Came promptly as promised, g0t the job done with no fuss
