Ordered sandals turned up terrible quality, nothing like the website picture looked cheap. Will not be using again.

Very bad quality items,very disappointed,items nothing like the pictures. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Still waiting for address to send back my items, have send several messages.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star. The use of two mature women who promote a London brand is a load of tosh. Products come from China and the quality is really poor. I ordered what I thought was a pair of slip on suede mules. They arrived 3 weeks after order, not suede, creased fabric uppers and no orthopaedic soles. Trying to return is a nightmare. I gave up in the end and accepted a refund of £8 on a 34.99 item as I didn’t want to pay for tracked delivery to china. I know I could have kept fighting but I gave in just to maintain my sanity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Feel ripped off. Paid an excessive amount expecting good quality products but the items arrived were not as per photos. Quality poor and took weeks to arrive. No information on how to get a refund. Don’t bother.

Very poor quality items. Refund will only be given once returned to warehouse in China - tracked delivery advised. Website clearly designed to appear UK based. I have since seen same products and photos being sold advertised under a different brand name on social media so assume they operate under several names.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!! Takes weeks to arrive, when it does, it’s cheaply made, ill fitting stuff. Asked them for a returns address, it took 5 emails to get one off them and surprise, surprise was at china and I have to pay returns costs of almost £30. Ended up with a cheap item I can £3 for on vinted and they have said they will refund me 25%.

Do yourself a favour, just don’t buy from them in the first place!

They do not exist as stated, they are in China, NOT two old friends in London. The quality is awful and nothing that resembles the website product (suede slider type sandals).
I checked the address listed with the bank details, it is above a florist in St. Albans, not the shop doorway that is on all the photos of ‘Emily and Ivy’.
They will try to offer a % discount to keep the item, rather than return to China!! I have refused and letting my bank fraud dept. deal with them.

Don’t use this company, they ship from China, it takes weeks to receive your order and the quality is awful!

DO NOT BUY from this company, they are not based in the UK. I purchased a pair of shorts which were of extremely poor quality. Returns are to China at your expense

Mum bought a pair of shorts from here. Such poor quality they were see through and only contact info to do a return is an email address and, as many other reviewers have stated, it goes back to a Chinese warehouse (for an extortionate cost). I also ran the image of “Emily & Ivy” through multiple ai image detectors and all can back as almost certainly AI generated. I don’t believe a single thing about this business is real

Experience very much like other reviews. Shoddy goods with no resemblance to descriptions and refusal to refund money without return - even had the cheek to offer 30% off next order if the item was kept. Fortunately when paying there was a nagging doubt about lack of reviews (at the time) so paid through PayPal in case of problems. After refusal of refund a case was opened with their Dispute Resolution Centre and case found in our favour within 48 hours with full refund. Appreciate not all affected will have used PayPal but hopefully it will raise some red flags for the future.

Absolute rip off site - have never come across such poorly made products that bare no likeness to the photograph used to promote them. They say they guarantee a 30 day money back guarantee but in the small print, it reads that the items come from China and so by returning the item may in fact cost you more than the item itself. PLEASE AVOID. All photos are AI generated too. Absolutely shocking - I’ve lost over £50 on a very smelly pair of Birkenstock look alikes and a flimsy piece of cotton that is supposed to be the comfortable loose blouse!!!

Bought two pair of sliders off this so called English website!!!
unknown to me it was coming from China
Paid £70 when could of bought them both for £16.
I have been totally scammed DO NOT BUY THE WHOLE WEBSITE IS A SCAM!!!
Also bought a White Linen top !!! It was YELLOW when it came not fit enough to put me behind bars in. £27.00. Totally ripped off. Do not buy off this website as the goods are not what as advertise.!!! Cant send back as they charge you yet again £15 impossible.

Do not order of this site its a SCAM!! Not a London based company with 2 old ladies as advertised. The goods come from china cheap versions of the pictures.
Returns you need to send back to China £15 out your own pocket.

This company gives the impression your goods will be shipped from London, by calling themselves "Emily and Ivy London!!!!! Its not until you have placed an order your told delivery will be 3 weeks!!! That because it's coming from abroad. Can't find where from.
The original price of the shoes I bought was £70 on the website, reduced to £37. Thats hilarious. Well they arrived, oh my goodness the quality is awful, not worth £5!!!!! Cheap and nasty, not even the colour shown on the website!!!! They look lovely on the website, dont be fooled, Its a big con. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Just looked at their return policy....it states goods are from China, it's the buyers responsibility to pay for return & they say its very expensive & you will only get a refund if the goods meet their returns conditions!!!!! Doesn't state what those conditions are!!!! Also says its a costly and complex procedure!!!!!
Definitely stay away from this company & others like it. I would recommend reading the returns policy of this and similar companies that say "London" in their name. £74 lesson learned for me as I bought 2 pairs in the "sale"!!!!!!

Awful dress made from cheap material and nothing like the pattern on the website. Avoid at all costs. Offered me 30% off my next item when I asked for a refund. Website offered a complete refund, just lies. Complete scam.
