Bought sandals and leather coat. Nothing like adverts. So wanted to return.. the. Find out that I have to pay for returns to china ! When the website specifically misled me to believe its a shop closing down in London.! After numerous email battles apparently they accepted to refund my returns costs as long as I send proof of receipt. Happily Agreed to this. Then one morning I have the returned parcel back at my door!! Inward furious and emailed them numerous times. But no reply! Big
Scam!!!

No stars!!! Do not buy anything from this company. I fell for the sob story that this “London based” business was closing after the death of one of the designers and purchased a colourful linen maxi dress for £32.00. Delay after delay after delay with a variety of reasons. What eventually arrived from China was nothing like the dress I purchased ~ the fabric was polyester, the design was not the same and the size and length were tiny. The item could only be returned to China for a refund and the cost was ridiculous so I gave the dress away. A complete rip-off!!

An appalling Co . Bought sandals and a pair of shoes . Both no good . Sandals had no grip and shoes too big . Wouldnt accept them back as they wouldnt pay for the postage to China . After a long battle they reluctantly offered me half price so list out on £35 . They are a scam Co . Please do not touch them or you will regret it . Should be closed down .

I purchased a ladies blouse from this company SayingIt was linen and when it arrived it was 65% polyester 35 % cotton and I sent numerous emails looking a refund with no reply

Ordered on 29/6/25 - a two piece blazer and shorts . Wish I’d checked the reviews . Website seems to have been removed now .

I only trusted it as it looked like it was a store in London closing down . Clearly just a scam .

AFTER OVER TWO MONTHS SINCE BEING CAUGHT OUT BY THIS SCAM TO THE TUNE OF £160.00 FOR THREE ITEMS OF RUBBISH, I HAVE TODAY FINALLY RECOVERED THE PAYMENTS, IN FULL, FROM AMEX.

LIKE MANY OTHERS I HAVE BEEN STALLED FROM RECEIVING REFUND DESPITE MANY PROMISES THAT IT WAS ON ITS WAY.

M.O. OF DELIVERY IS FOR THE CHINESE BASED COMPANY TO SEND ITEMS TO A SOUTHALL DEPOT (ALSO SCAM AND UNCONTACTABLE) WHO, IN TURN, SEND THEM ON TO THE CUSTOMER. THE RETURN DETAILS OF THE DEPOT ARE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PACKAGE AND I RETURNED GOODS TO THE DEPOT WITH ROYAL MAIL TRACKING BUT PROOF OF DELIVERY IS NOT ACCEPTED BY LE FLAIR. HAPPY ENDING IS THAT AMEX HAVE REFUNDED THE PAYMENT TO ME DESPITE LE FLAIR OBJECTING BY PROVIDING PROOF OF DELIVERY TO MYSELF.
THIS VERY CLEVER AND SOPHISTICATED SCAM HAS BEEN REPORTED TO VARIOUS AUTHORITIES AND HOPEFULLY THE OWNER AND WEBSITE DESIGNER, ROKAS PETKEVICIOS, (LITHUANIAN) IS NOW BEING SOUGHT TO ANSWER. HIS PREVIOUS COMPANY, ROSE AND MAYFAIR, CARRIED OUT THE SAME SCAM BUT HAS NOW BEEN CLOSED DOWN.
MORAL IS....ALWAYS PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

This company is affiliated with another sham clothing company called Rose and Mayfair - do not use them either . Its the same people scamming you .
The company designer of the website is the company owner
His name is Rokas Petkevicius
He is the Lithuanian rip off designer of the website and owner of Le Flair . This man needs to be put down and prosecuted for his scam work practice . Please report his fraudulent websites and help to take these people down . They deserve a prison sentence because they are operataing a criminal practice . The company is registered at 3a Oakley Road N1 3LL

This company is scamming it's customers. Long delivery time, extremely poor quality products, my first few emails were answered and then my third one was not sent, their email address not recognised?
Avoid this China based company at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. Delivery took ages and I am hugely disappointed in the product. Looks absolutely nothing like the trousers in the photo, awful material and poorly made. I would never recommend this to anyone. I was under the impression i was ordering from a bonefide shop in London which was closing down..its a scam. The cost or returning the product to China is enormous and as I have no confidence in receiving any kind of refund I remain over £70 out of pocket

If I could give zero stars I would. I STILL cannot get hold of them about a refund. The only email address bounces back over and over. You fill out the contact us form and that bounces back too! This is a scam. Major scam. The dresses look gorgeous and linen or cotton on website. They arrive in disgusting polyester with terrible stitching. Just awful. I’d love to send them all back and have a refund but I simply cannot get hold of them. Despite all manner of info on their website about no quibble refunds. Lies. Steer clear. I wish I’d read reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned too late

Like all the other reviews on this page the goods eventually arrived .. simply awful nothing like the picture! They offered a 10% refund , then a 25% then a 40% refund . Now the emails are bouncing back!
Avoid at all costs!

The item ordered was nothing like I ordered. Poor quality and wrong size. I found the item was also sold on Temu for a quarter of the price. I cant even contact the website as they only have on email link which bounces back. AVOID!

I bought a dress from Leflair , it took a long time to arrive . When it did arrive it was not what I expected: It looked nothing like the item I ordered , the fabric was cheap & nasty . It was absolutely awful , I still can’t bare to look at it . I contacted CS for a refund . Someone called Katie got back to me to say they could only give me a partial refund and 10% etc I could keep the item or donate to charity , I refused it and they bumped it up to 25% I refused and asked for 50% because I didn’t want to pay for shipping all the way to China !
Funny enough the emails started bouncing back ! I’ve had no contact from them since then .
I would never buy from this company again !
The dress was awful and substandard . I wouldn’t even donate to charity ( cheek) .

If I could give a 0 I would, AVOID at all costs, I am still trying to receive a refund since May and now my emails are bouncing back as failed.

I received four dresses from this company

after a number of years. This company was in England. I would later discover that they are a company in China.
I cannot explain how evil they are and I would erge everyone to be aware and not buy anything from them. The items were shoddy rubbish the fabric was polyester cheap and tacky and not worth the £40 pounds I sent to them.
I have been sending emails which bounce back and I don’t hold out any hope of getting my money back.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

DREADFUL The photos of the loose summer dresses looked like linen. They are either doing rip off copies of a quality product or using photoshop to alter the look
The dresses are made of cheap shiny polyester, poorly made and look awful.
They are not a London firm and I don't believe they are closing down either. I bought dresses which supposedly were reduced in a closing down sale. Like your other reviewers I would give no stars if possible. They owe me over £100.00. I have emailed twice with no response. They should be reported to Trading Standards in this country. They are bordering on criminal. I doubt informing Le Flair of this review will have any effect. I just hope my review stops other people buying, being conned and losing money.

Would give zero stars if I could! Could kick myself for not checking the reviews first. Thought I was buying a pair of jeans. Received a polyester, cheaply made pair of trousers, but just with a similar pattern on them to the jeans pictured on their site. They have blocked my email address after I asked for a full refund for misrepresenting the item. Absolute con artists based in China, not London. Wouldn’t pay 50p for the item I received. Criminals.

Avoid like the plague! The dresses are counterfeit and you have to return them to china and pay the postage yourself with no refund as yet. Emailing worked for a while but now my emails bounce back as undeliverable. I’m going to see if I can get my money back re the credit card fraud system.
I’ve ticked the box to let Le flair know about this review but it will bounce back unfortunately.

Update: as I paid with a credit card, I’ve just spoken to my bank. Here’s what to do ( if you’ve still got the goods in your possession). Email the company ( yeah they won’t reply as emails are bouncing back) but do it anyway. Explain you believe the items are counterfeit and ask them to collect them from you or refund the whole amount you paid. After 15 days if you’ve heard nothing, or you haven’t had a refund, ring your bank again and then a claim will be raised by the bank and you’ll get refunded.
