Scammy site. Looked like a quality product and was excited to get it. As soon as I saw it was being shipped from China - alarm bells. When it arrived, quality was horrible, fabric was plasticy and stiff when I was expecting or linen-style. I’ve never actually received something where the fabric is something I just won’t wear. Didn’t even have a branded label it’s that cheap. Return at customer cost to China so that’s obviously how they make their money - not worth it to the customer. Emily and ivy and their cute little London story is obviously completely made up. Lesson learned. Thank god I only bought one item.

Horrendous, avoid at all costs!
Item was nothing like the pic, crap material and quality and no option to return! Unless I wanted to pay to send back to China but even trying to get them to arrange that was hard work. I should have read these reviews before ordering😏

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Claims to have been founded in 2000 in London yet everything comes from China? No option to return - have to pay for own returns back to China despite the quality of the clothing being absolutely awful and nothing like the photos. DO NOT BUY.

Absolutely awful quality trousers and arrived faulty. Returns need to be sent to China at the cost of the consumer (despite faulty item). Definitely recommend steering clear.
