I was impressed by the reps helpful knowledge. Just in minutes he had me at a 0 copay and 0 pay for my subscriptions. I always have had a hard time in understanding the reps I have talked to before but with this fellow it wasn't the case. I'm just waiting on my card and it was a great telephone call. Thank you very much for your understanding and kindness during my application.

I experienced great knowledgeable answers to my questions. I was concerned about this service at first but those concerns quickly disappeared. The results were fast. I’m just waiting on my subsidy card to arrive. I actually feel like I have an outstanding health plan now. I’m completely satisfied with my experience!

The rep Paula Vidale was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She solved our issue of Healthcare proficiently. REPS like her are much needed in the professional field!

CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDER CARLOS TENORIO SHOULD BE CSP OF THE YEAR. He was so awesome. He was very informative. He help 3 individuals get free health insurance whom hasn't had insurance in years and need very badly to go to the doctor. All 3 of us are so grateful to
Mr Tenorio. The 3 were on one call. I use to be a customer service provider. I was actually a customer service specialist for over 20 years. I must say Carlos is one of the best CSP I have ever talked to. Hats off to his trainer too. Carlos should get a raise and customer service provider of the year award. I'm gonna brag about Carlos, probably all day. 😃

I have been unable to obtain health insurance for over a year now due to pricing/eligibility/one reason or another. I saw an ad for insurance and was also referred by a friend. I decided to give it a go as I really have wanted to get insured since I lost my previous coverage after I had my daughter, called the number, and in just a few minutes, I was approved for insurance! Of all the trouble I have had getting insurance, this was amazingly easy and quick! Samara was SO helpful and kind and down to earth, which made it that much easier! (If possible!) I hung up the phone and was truly amazing that I finally have insurance! Thank you so much! You all are truly amazing and we appreciate you!

Great customer service, sharp and prudent at the same time.

She was very helpful and easy to talk to.

He was very well, explaining things and assuring me that things will be handled properly he was upfront with everything flat out before getting into the conversation. Only little tiny details that I might suggest with him a little personality of humor or outgoingness if that makes sense but I’m a very people person and so that stuff comes naturally to me versus not coming naturally to other people really, But he was great with explaining and assuring everything!!
