You Will Not Get A Montary Supplement Each Month
So I signed up because it offer up me a $550 subsidy that I would get each month to put towards food groceries and other thing so I received the insurance card but not the subsidy card so when I call to check on it I was informed that the $550 goes towards the cost of your insurance plan and you will not receive a subsidy to do as you would like… it’s all a scam and is not explained to u in detail.. so don’t sign up thinking you will get a subsidy card to do as you please because you won’t… you have to earn rewards to get any cash benefits.. I will keep the insurance because it’s affordable but this is so misleading

Dustin Tori Morgenstein was the agent that sighed me up for the Affordable Care Act insurance. I had just lost my job and am the sole provider and insurance carrier for me and my husband. Tori took all the time I needed to explain everything I needed to know about the policy. I have never lost a job or had to try and obtain insurance over the phone. He was absolutely the best and most informative agent I could have been assigned to. I will never forget how helpful and courteous this gentleman was and how comfortable I felt with him.

Laura’s fast talking rude behavior and attitude toward the questions I asked to get a better understanding of what she was explaining for me to choosing the right option. Her lack of interest rude tone while in conversation didn’t display excellent customer service. Being approved for the subsidy health insurance program was the best part about the process I’m glad I called.

I was very cautious in making the call about health insurance, but I am glad I did. Miguel was so helpful and understanding. He understood my needs and got me the coverage I need. I will recommend him to anyone I know.
