Stay far away from this company. Their customer service is the worst I ever seen. Evan Tran will lie repeatedly to you. My battery has been stuck in UPS since May 22 because Enjoybot tried to ship it without hazmat paperwork. Since then Enjoybot has ignored most messages and provided zero help or answers to me. When Evan responds he lies. Says he’s looking into it and will return your message. 72 hrs ago he said he get back to me in 36 hrs. Lots of other companies sell these batteries. I would never buy from here again

After receiving the battery to replace the bad one I finally was able to get these 2 36 volt batteries installed in a friend's 2001 gem electric car. I was concerned if these 2 batteries wired in series would be enough to run this car as its bigger & heavier then a typical golf cart! To our surprise they work just fine! 2 guys (one who weighs 230 lbs, the other 160 lbs) went up a 45 degree hill thats 3 blocks long @ 22 mph! Impressive! I convert alot of golf carts to lithium batteries and the enjoybot batteries will be my go-to batteries moving forward as long as they hold up!! Thank You.

I received only the battery but not the charger to recharge it. I notified them right away but their customer service have given me the run around. They won't send me the charger so I have no way to recharge and use the battery. Do not buy from them. I believe the battery is a good one but the customer service is poor.

The service is lacking, the batteries are not doing well in a series hook up. Just not what I expected when I spent $10,000.00 with a company to review them.
I would probably not buy in the future unless there are some definite improvements made in the service and quality of the product.
If using singular batteries, they work fine, in a series? NOT SO MUCH. Parallel, work good.
Do not buy for 72v unless you're using a 72v battery. Just doesn't have the go for the 36v option when going into a series of the 12v batteries

I just did a conversion on a 2017 Yamaha cart using the Enjobot kit.
It was easy and the support site assisted me with a small problem with the monitor. 48 volt battery.
I made the error. The replied to me within 2 hours!! And gave me the correct solution. Great battery. Great support. I am super happy with the results and would give them 10 stars! Highly recommend them! Thanks Enjoybot!

The battery seems to be pretty decent. Haven’t had a chance to run the golf cart yet, but I will point out that if you are expecting these out for Golf Cart, you need to be more aware of how they’re built. Having top terminal location is poor because of the seat interference, they should be mounted down on the side like your competitors. Also, the framework and the mounting is a bit sketchy because it doesn’t sit in the cradle it sits on top of the frames would look into spec out the different Golf Cart configurations, and coming up with a battery that is better used in their applications.
