Very little instructions on the install and setup!

There was a delay in shipping, so I cancelled the order. Two days later, they shipped it anyway. Now they want me to pay to return it.

Your instructions on how to hook everything up was pretty vague and a piece of paper was extremely small something to be so important you think you would have a better piece of literature, especially larger with one or more detail. You also don’t provide enough cables to go from the battery to the neutral fuse block And on a neutral fuse block. The holes are so close to the pieces of metal it’s about impossible to put small bolts in them without touching it. If you touch it you defeat the whole purpose of the isolation block that piece clear plastic needs to be bigger so you have room to put small bolts to the chassis to hold that thing in place

Battery and charger very nice fast shipping.

I can't connect to the bluetooth. The Battery isn't even sending a signal to be able to. The battery won't take a charge.

I ordered my Enjoybot battery on a suggestion of a freind who already uses a similar model. Shipping was quicker than expected, but I really haven't put the battery into use yet. I'm using it to power my ice fishhouse, and the season is all but over here in my area. I do have it ready to go, and I may try it on something over the summer. I can't say I'm disappointed at all yet. Lightweight, easy to handle and carry, and the Bluetooth option has been great to monitor the usage and drain on the battery. Should be very useful this coming winter for sure! Thanks for providing a nice product! 👍👍

I ordered 2 36 volt batteries for my trolling motor, I’ve installed the batteries & the 36 volt charger that I also ordered but have not been on the water yet to see how they work, I downloaded the app on my phone & was able to Bluetooth just like advertised

Shipment was quick and battery and devices were received in good shape. Golf cart is connected with no real issues. learning more on battery power device as I go.

Easy ordering. Their page explains best grouping or individual batteries for your particular needs. Shipping was WAY faster than expected.

I did not receive what I asked. They took too long for delivery. They did not send me what I ask for.

Had to remake battery mounts.and add longer primary battery cables . purchase separate 12vt charger to charge batterys separately

My name is Steve Horvath my home address is 1708 golden Ponds Dr fort Pierce FL 34 945. I purchased a 36 Volt lithium battery for my golf cart they told me that it would fit when I received it it did not fit and I had to send it back they sent me and recharged I ordered three 12 Volt batteries because the 36 would not fit in my cart. They set me a 12 volt charger with the alligator clips that I did not want and they refused to take them back they want me to pay for it. I told Lizzie that I had bought the 36 and she told me she could not find any record of it therefore there's nothing she could do well here is the tracking number that it was returned to you it was sent to you by ground ups ground tracking number was 1Z9X34F 19050371661 you received it back on February the 24th at 9:58 AM all I want to do is for you to pay to send the 12 Volt charger back I bought a 36 when I had to return that I had to purchase three twelves well your records should show that I wanted to 36 so I feel it's your fault that you sent me the 12 Volt Gator clips so I think you should pay to send us back and reimburse me for my cost and my trouble I would never recommend you people to anybody this is a most unbelievable experience I've had my lifetime and I don't say that lightly

I purchased three enjoybot lithium ion batteries for my golf cart. The reason I purchased the batteries was because of their reviews and return warranty policy of ten years. Once I installed the battteries on my golf cart, the cart would not start. After going through many tests for about a month, they finally agreed to replace one battery. After returning the bad battery, they performed more tests. They finally sent the replacement battery. I installed it on the golf cart and the golf cart would still not start. After performing many of their testing procedures, they said they would not pay to have the second battery returned. I paid the return shipping. Upon receiving the battery, they said the battery was damaged by UPS and they would not replace it. It was a UPS problem. We returned the battery in their exact packaging. I did not see how the battery could have been damaged by the way it was packed. I would definitely NOT recommend using them. They will not honor their warranty. Also, their product is evidently not any good either. Stay away from this company.

Shipped quick,fished 6 hours in 15-20 mph wind with foot on trolling motor almost entire time.battery stayed strong….👍👍 got home and it was fully charged in 2.5 hours

NEEDS wiring information.

The battery arrived 5 days from the date of purchase and was neatly and well packaged everything that was ordered was delivered in same package. Install was fairly easy and straight forward. I did not hook up wires from carts charging port because was not planning to use it. I fully charged the battery but it would not run the cart. It turns out I had to put wires from charging port onto the battery so reed switch would read voltage to allow circuit to be completed. Cart is much more responsive then before, drove it around approx 2 miles or so and only used about 5%of battery capacity. Bluetooth app worked very well and connected to battery very quickly showed 48% charge. I hooked up charger and charged to 100% ( took about 2 hours) then installed the monitor which was also fairly easy. and set it to show 100% on it as well. I took it out for another drive to see how the app and monitor each reacted, they both showed 95% after I drove around about a mile. Very happy with this purchase so far.

I've heard great things about the batteries and purchased a set for my boat. Haven't been able to use them yet but love how lightweight they are and love the Bluetooth feature. Very well packed & arrived quickly.

Came fast and it works great.
