They arrive quickly and were simple to install. However I think programming the display could be explained a little better. Things I really like about the batteries is that I no longer need to keep up with water, that are really light weight and no corrosion.

So far I have installed and charged the batteries everything including the charger has worked as expected

Purchased a 100ah 48v battery. Battery charger failed shorted and damaged my cart body ,seat, controller, wiring harness. Had to evacuate my home at 5am. Charger caught fire. Emergency services had to be called. Quick response in getting cart out of the garage probably saved my home. I emailed them it those over a month to get a replacement charger. They stated they would cover the damages then they stopped all communication through all sources. It's been over 6 months and I email/ enter the chat portal daily . No response at all. I've recommended them to 4 other customers I've did modification on their golf carts. But going forward I would not suggest the use of any of their products.the battery was installed and worked properly about 5 months then it failed .I have all the pics ,damages, report from the fire department and I sent everything they requested. I have the entire email chain . Over 2000.00 gone .

Failed to warranty batteries after 2 years when they have Ten yr warranty. Stopped replying to my emails. Batteries were used for 200 cycles when they are warranty for 4000+.

Lithium batteries work great. They are so much lighter. They are fully charged in about 4 hrs. I converted our 2007 Club car president. The ket had everything I needed. They did send me the wrong charger. So I did have to send it back before they would send me the right one. They were easy to work with. It was all emails, no phone calls.

Shipped fast and I'm the least handy and I was able to install easily.

The issue with the batteries was finally resolved after almost 2 years of back and forth emails. This also costs me money to ship the batteries back to you. You still have not admitted that their is any thing wrong with 3 of the 4 batteries even after you replaced the batteries and the 4 new ones work perfectly. This shows you the original batteries were defective and I should be reimbursed for all shipping costs I incurred. $330 dollars

Excellent Battery. It arrived on time, was well packaged and ready to go. I used the 45v, 100Ah battery to replace the 4 lead acid batteries on my Ryobi riding lawn mower. I did have to create a pre-charge circuit to avoid damaging current inrush on start up. But, that had zero to do with the battery and everything to do with the lawn mower.

I really enjoy the app that shows me the percent charged and lots of other technical information.

The real test is how well the battery is holding up in two years. Time will tell.

Everything was delivered as promised. 48 volt 100AH battery arrived in perfect condition along with charger and DC-DC converter. Well packaged and delivered on time. Can't ask for more than that.
