I had really high expectations for these magnetic lashes, but unfortunately they don’t hold at all. I tried several times, followed the instructions carefully, but unfortunately they don’t last more than a few hours. I was expecting something much better given the promises, but this was a real letdown. Sadly, I won’t be using them again.

Asian eyes. Was looking forward to finally getting eyelashes. Ordered SOFT WHISPER and ICICLE KISS on 1/4/26 and finally received on 1/19/26. Immediately tried to contact Customer Service for a refund. I emailed (three times) and messaged twice) with ZERO response.

Super easy to use, excellent for Asian eyes. Looks natural and very easy to take off. Basically everything Enjuvie has advertised is TRUE! Would highly recommend, I'm super happy and impressed by it!

The eyelashes are super easy to use and take off. Makes my eyes look beautiful and sexy and natural. I wish the eyelashes just a hair longer for my eye shape.

I never received my order. They justvstole my money!

Not as advertised, so I'm quite disappointed in this product. Although the lashes themselves are very pretty.
I have gotten the hang of putting on these magnetic lashes by now, however the ends of the lashes would always stick out and not stay close to my real lashes, because the curve of the applicator is too straight and not curved enough.
Also, the tip of the lashes are coarse and uncomfortable.
Another thing is the lashes don’t stay on. I’ve curled my real lashes, used the glue (which helps a little) as these were the tips advised by Enjuvie but basically the magnets on the lashes are too weak to stay on, and the magnetic lashes start to slide off my own lashes within 5 minutes. (So much for the advertised ‘stay on for a whole day’)
Didn’t bother returning product as i have already tried them on so there no longer ‘brand new’ and I also have to cover the return shipping cost and the hassle of sorting out the return

Hi! I did not receive my order

The idea is great but there are a few kinks.
It’s too short for my eyes.
The magnet doesn’t work well, so during application, lashes move from the applicator, so the lashes don’t end up close to my lashline
It doesn’t last as long as advertised; after a dozen wears, the magnet is peeling off, and the lashes are getting wrinkly.

BEWARE OF ENJUVIE

After wearing Enjuvie magnetic lashes for a single evening, I experienced immediate and severe ocular and eyelid irritation. The whites of my eyes and my upper eyelids became intensely red, itchy, and inflamed. By the following day, the swelling and irritation were so severe that I could not fully open my eyes.

I promptly consulted my physician and described both the reaction and the magnetic mechanism of the product. Based on the nature of the product and my symptoms, my doctor advised that the lashes likely contain undisclosed heavy metals, potentially within the magnets and or the lash fibers themselves. I was further informed that metal allergies are not uncommon and that any metal used in a product applied near the eyes should be clearly disclosed and certified as surgical grade. No such disclosures or certifications were provided with this product.

I contacted Enjuvie to report this adverse reaction and requested a return for a refund. Despite providing photographic evidence of my condition, I received this response: "we’d be happy to offer you a 30% refund while allowing you to keep the lashes." Offering a partial refund demonstrates a lack of seriousness regarding product safety, consumer health, and material disclosure obligations. Why would anyone want to keep a product that harmed their health? I don't want toxic products near me and want to get rid of the thing ASAP.

PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION

I just bought tie Icicle kiss. I love it! And I ordered 2 more of Bombshell and Soft whisper. But I originally made a mistake ordered two Icicle kiss… it was just accident. And I contacted the customer service. And Colleen responded very quickly and changed my order! I’m so excited for Bombshell and Soft whisper! I’m also considering to buy the cleaning kit! And FYI you will need to put a mascara before putting it on if you don’t have enough lashes. And it is better to curl lashes before putting it on!

Easy to apply and looks great!

I would not recommend Enjuvie. The courier lost my package and Enjuvie took no responsibility, even though they are the ones who contracted the courier service, uniuni. A quick Google search shows that uniuni is incredibly unreliable. Enjuvie has just asked me to take it up with uniuni directly and then more or less removed themselves from the conversation. Timeline of my order:
Nov. 30: Order placed
Dec. 6: Packaged cleared customs in Canada
Dec. 8: “Out for Delivery”
Dec. 17: I contacted customer service and they told me they would look into it
Dec. 29: No update so I emailed customer service again to request a refund
Jan. 2: “As of December 8th, the courier has attempted delivery. We recommend contacting uniuni directly to confirm the status of your package and to arrange pickup if needed. Thank you for your attention, and please let us know if you need any further assistance.”
Jan. 2: I responded asking firmly for a refund (TBD)
Jan. 5: at time of this writing, Enjuvie has not responded to my email from Jan. 2

I have not received what I purchased.
Do not buy from them.

Mine took 20 days to comein, which was a a lot slow andI missed it for the event I bough. That being said, the product is good quality. I just wish the shipping time was better as well

I expected them to feel a bit plasticy but they actually look very natural. My friends thought I got lash extensions done.

Not all pairs are created equal.

At first I got the Soft Whisper pair thinking that it would be the lightest pair. However, upon trying it, it felt a tad too long and was actually tempted to trim it.

I asked if I could return the item or exchange it for another pair, Icicle, and I got the most generous response.

They offered me a free Icicle pair instead. I wasn’t hopeful that it would work on my eyes since I never wear fake lashes but said yes anyway (their ads make it look so good).

Upon trying Icicle, I already knew that it was the better fit. It still needed some getting used to but after an hour or so, it felt more natural on the eyes.

These lashes are seriously beginner friendly, I was terrified to try falsies before but now I wear them to brunch, work, everywhere.

Its been almost a month and the product never arrived. The tracking keeps saying it was out for delivery 10 days ago but no one ever contacted me for delivery and when i contacted the customer service they gave me their logistic company and asked me to follow up on my own. Until now, almost a month after the order was placed, it was still nowhere to be seen and their customer service refused to give me refund. Worst shopping experience in a long while.

De wimpers zelf plakken goed, maar ze zijn niet geschikt voor mijn Aziatische ogen. Ze zijn te lang en vrij extravagant waardoor ze niet geschikt zijn voor dagelijks gebruik. Ik heb geprobeerd om het product te retourneren maar de klantenservice deed er heel moeilijk over. Zelfs na 3 emails, wilden ze nog steeds niet communiceren hoe het retour proces moet. Ik heb het maar opgegeven, ... Jammer.

Okayyyy, so when I saw the ad first it seemed too good to be true so even though I paid for order I was still wondering if they would be good enough. Just received them yesterday and NGL these WORKKKK. They quality is good, the style is Gorge and the quality is great too.
