My issue concerns my booking on 24 March 2026 (PNR: 79Y2K3). The original flight RJ434 operated by Royal Jordanian was cancelled, and I was moved to flight RJ432 without my approval. As a direct result, I missed my connecting flight RJ706. I contacted Royal Jordanian, and they confirmed that I am eligible for a full refund, but that it must be processed through the ticket agent (Wingie), as the booking was made via Wingie platform. However, I have only received a partial refund of 332.44 SAR out of the total 714.94 SAR paid claiming that the refund was processed according to the airline’s fare rules, which is not consistent with information provided to me by Royal Jordanian and with their published refund policy, available at their official website, which states that in this situation the passengers are entitled to a full refund.

Don't deal with this company

Don't deal with this company, took money for plane tickets November.
Then tickets never provided. Then lied to bank. No money recovered from them yet!
Dangerous company to deal with.
Did proof of payment still do not want to reply or refund.
Requested I removed this.

Normal şartlarda iade hakkım olmamasına rağmen, durumumu titizlikle incelediler ve sunduğum belgeler ışığında bana büyük bir nezaket ve kolaylık göstererek iade sürecimi tamamladılar.

Sadece bir bilet platformu değil, aynı zamanda zor anınızda yanınızda olan bir dost gibi yaklaştılar. Tatil için Antalya’ya geldiğimde, oteldeyken enuygun.com üzerinden araç kiralama araması yaptım. İlk çıkan şirket Everyday oldu ve ben de bu firmayı seçerek rezervasyonumu gerçekleştirdim ve ödemeyi yaptım.

Daha sonra enuygun.com müşteri hizmetlerini arayarak, başka bir firmadan daha uygun bir teklif aldığımı ve rezervasyonumun iptal edilip edilemeyeceğini sordum. Ancak müşteri hizmetleri temsilcisi, iadenin kesinlikle mümkün olmadığını, iade talebinin dahi alınmayacağını ve diğer şirketten de herhangi bir iade alınamayacağını oldukça sert ve kesin bir dille ifade etti.

Bu yaklaşım benim güven algımı olumsuz etkiledi. Çünkü iade hakkı, tüketiciler için temel bir haktır. Bir kişi yanlış bir tercih yapmış olabilir ve bu durumda iade imkânının sunulması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Bu nedenle söz konusu tutum, benim beklentilerime ve güven anlayışıma ters düşmüştür.

Araç kiralama rezervasyonlarında iade ve iptal koşulları, seçilen firmanın sözleşme şartlarına göre belirleniyor. Bazı kampanyalı ya da özel fiyatlı rezervasyonlarda iptal ve iade hakkı kısıtlı olabiliyor. Ancak bu durumun tarafınıza net, sakin ve açıklayıcı bir şekilde aktarılması gerekirdi. Bu noktadaki geri bildiriminiz bizim için çok değerli.

Ayrıca aracı 5 gün boyunca kullanmadığınızı belirtmişsiniz. Kullanılmayan günlere ilişkin iade talebinizin değerlendirilebilmesi için ilgili araç kiralama firmasıyla detaylı bir inceleme yapılması gerekiyor. Bu süreci sizin adınıza takip etmek isteriz.

Agent Misleading Information & Incomplete Refund

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my booking.

I purchased my ticket through Wingie, which operates under Enuygun. After the flight was cancelled by Gulf Air, I initially attempted to contact Gulf Air directly but did not receive a timely response. Therefore, I had to proceed through the agency (Wingie/Enuygun) and made my decision based on the information provided by them.

Additionally, I requested to be contacted by phone. However, Enuygun informed me that they were unable to reach me, despite the fact that my phone number was correctly provided.

I was not properly informed about available alternative flight options. Instead, I was directed toward cancellation as the more advantageous option. Based on this incomplete and misleading information, I gave my approval. Therefore, my consent cannot be considered informed consent.

After the cancellation, Gulf Air responded and clearly informed me that if the ticket had not been cancelled by the agency, they could have provided an alternative flight without any additional cost. However, since the ticket was already cancelled, I was told that I must continue only through the agency.

As a result:

- 6 passengers have been left in a difficult situation
- My original payment of 2038 AZN was not fully refunded (only 1785.86 AZN returned)
- I lost the opportunity for a free alternative flight due to misleading information

This constitutes misleading customer guidance and failure to provide proper service.

I request:

- A re-evaluation of this case
- A reasonable alternative flight or full compensation
- Clarification regarding the incomplete refund

Otherwise:

- I will initiate a chargeback process through my bank
- I will file formal complaints with consumer protection and aviation authorities

All communication records and evidence are attached.

Very disappointing and irresponsible…

Very disappointing and irresponsible service from Enuygun.

We purchased 3 flight tickets through their platform and informed them that we would be traveling with our cat. Despite this important detail, Enuygun provided absolutely no support or guidance.

Every time we contacted them, they simply redirected us somewhere else instead of taking responsibility. It felt like nobody knew anything or cared to help. For a company that sells airline tickets, this level of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unacceptable.

Traveling with a pet requires coordination and clear information. Instead, we were left completely on our own, dealing with the airlines and procedures without any meaningful assistance from Enuygun.

If something goes wrong or if your travel involves anything beyond a basic ticket, do not expect help from Enuygun. Based on our experience, their customer service is useless and completely unreliable.

ENUYGUN are scammers

If I could I would give this firm 0 . Steer clear from this firm they are SCAMMERS. My daughter saw a site squar tours and tried to book a flight home for her husband on 10th October for Christmas for £1350 they took £1640 and said no worries we will refund the difference they then went on to take another £804 from my account , the transaction was in Turkish lei re , when I saw that they had taken another £804 I knew then they were scammers . The money went into Enuygun account . We tried to stop the transaction but couldn’t , squar tours said don’t worry we will refund the difference now and tried to take another £1640 . When I didn’t approve this transaction they put the phone down on me . I haven’t been able to recover any money from my wise account and Enuygun won’t refund me either . please do not do any business with Enuygun or square tours .BE WARNED they will steal your money .

We are very sorry to hear about the situation you described and understand how upsetting it must feel. After carefully reviewing the details, we would like to provide clarification to ensure full transparency:

All payments made through Wingie/Enuygun can only be completed via 3D Secure, which requires the cardholder’s direct approval on their own device. A transaction cannot be processed in our system unless the cardholder enters the 3D Secure code themselves.

For this reason, if your mother’s card information was accessed or shared with third parties, the payment unfortunately does not originate from any technical error or action on the part of Wingie/Enuygun.

Additionally, we have checked our system using your mother’s name, email address, and phone number, and we did not find any booking, attempted booking, or ticket record. This means no reservation was ever created on our platform, and therefore there is no reference number associated with Wingie/Enuygun.

In cases where unauthorized payments occur due to compromised card details, the only authority who can take action is the bank or Wise. We strongly recommend submitting a chargeback/dispute request with them again, as merchants cannot issue refunds for transactions that were fully approved via 3D Secure by the cardholder.

We understand your frustration and truly wish we could assist directly; however, this situation is not caused by Wingie/Enuygun, and refunds for payments made to third parties can only be processed by the issuing bank or payment provider.

Terrible service

Terrible service! Never rent again!!! I rented at the airport. The rental company didn't give a car and I couldn't get my fee back. I want my money back and an apologize as soon as possible!

Reservation rules and refund conditions are determined by the car rental companies. As an intermediary, we are not in a position to take initiative or make exceptions regarding the rental rules set by these companies.

As stated in our Rental Conditions:

The car rental company reserves the right to refuse to provide a vehicle to any customer who does not meet the required rental conditions.
