Your system problem is not my problem. I paid again for the service I purchased. I will never choose you again
I had purchased 20 kilograms of baggage allowance with my ticket. But when I went to the Terminal, I paid an additional 1300 Turkish Liras. As baggage allowance, they said there was a problem in the system and took additional money from me.

Safe and easy ticket booking
I moved to Turkey a few months ago and this is one of the helpful websites to book your flight or bus tickets. I was able to get my tickets at a lower price. A very safe website I highly recommend it to everyone.

Insufficient service
Unfortunately enuygun.com does not inform the customers properly about the transit visa. So the customers could face with big troubles. Even they could not cancel the international ticket. I had talked in the related airways and I do my cancelation myself. Hope enuygun.com will be better in time. As now I couldn't recommend yet.

Although the user is solely responsible for visa and passport procedures, in the Terms of Use and Flight Rules, which we have added to all tickets purchased through our site in order to inform our passengers, regarding transit visa we give a reminder to our passengers “Please make sure that you have a visa and/or transit visa for the countries you are traveling to.”
Apart from the Terms of Use and Flight Rules, we add the same reminder to the email that is sent to the indicated email address after purchasing your ticket. We would like to state that your experience is not caused by Enuygun and we wish you a good day

Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen... Ich wollte einen Mietwagen anmieten. Die Vermietung ist nicht zustande gekommen, da das reservierte Fahrzeug nicht vorhanden war, ich musste dennoch für 3 Tage bezahlen. Das Geld wurde bis heute nicht zurückerstattet... Das Vorgehen von enuygun com ist unseriös und naht dem Betrug... Ich werde hier gewiss nie wieder etwas buchen...!!

Enuygun.com Ankara-Münih arası 23.08.2022 tarihine uçak bileti aldım. Fakat bana satılan XC3634 uçuş kodlu 1X5T7L PNR numaralı uçuşun iptal edildiğini havalimanında öğrendim. Bunu öğrendiğim gibi ilgili havayoluna biletimi ve rezervasyonumu sorunca benim adıma herhangi bir rezervasyon yapılmadığı ve böyle bir biletin kendilerinde olmadığını belirttiler. Bildiğiniz bana sahte satılmış. Enuygun.com'un müşteri hizmetleri bana 2 haftadır yardım edeceklerini belirtiyor fakat herhangi bir yardımda bulunmuyorlar, ilgili havalimanından cevap bekliyoruz diyorlar. Aracı firma olarak yapmaları gereken işi yapmayıp üzerine benimle de ilgilenmiyorlar.
