My favourite French foods within easy reach
I used to live in France. Now back in England I can't find some of my favourite foods and drinks. Now , thanks to Epicerie Corner, my favourites are within easy reach and at a reasonable price. I shall be returning again.

I used go on coach trips France before Covid, would always buy these biscuits. They are absolutely delicious and I would buy again.

Total lack of communication
I didn’t receive my order but the company has reached out and apologised offering a delivery discount if I wish to re order . Really appreciate the gesture thanks.

The service was exemplary. It was unfortunate that the garlic roulade was out of stock and we didn't notice that the pates use by date was Christmas day.

Great to be able to get my favourites from the French supermarkets.
Service was excellent. Fresh food was well within date and "cool packed".
One item was missing but as soon as I emailed the store the money was credited immediately so I can't knock them.
I will definitely use again.

Great service
Taken me a long time to take the decision to start using Epicerie Corner, but now I'm glad I did. It saves me the hassle of going over to Calais, and delivery is easy and hassle free. My next order will be submitted soon because my French treats don't last very long in my house.

Unreliable
Delivery booked for 23/12, got a confirmation email on the 15th saying that my package was out for delivery. Yes, almost 9 days ago!
After no update/tracking number I called on the 22/12 to get a confirmation on my package, I was assured my package will be delivered on time.
Well, woke up to a notification saying my package will be delayed, what a joke, how can you confirm it's being shipped on the phone than proceed to not ship it?
I understand issues with shipping services, but don't claim on the phone that package is sent and will arrive at scheduled time when it clearly is not.
