Excellent experience. Rang up EQi to reset a password after being locked out of my account. I was expecting it to be a lengthy & complex process as these things often can be. Turned out to be very straightforward. Spoke to a chap called Peter, one of their customer service reps who talked me through the process. I was back online in a matter of minutes. Why can’t everything be this simple?! Thanks Pete! You were a great help & a pleasure to deal with.

Bhumik was very helpful - rang yesterday and the person was not that knowledgeable with the questions I needed answered so had to call again today - also sent a secure message which I had no response from yesterday - called again today.

I spoke to a young lady called Sarah who was extremely helpful, professional and patiently guided me through how to access the features of their website when it comes to selling my shares.

Good Knowledge and very simple to deal with

Once again, a year had passed since I last checked in on my ISA, and I was struggling to log on. Sarah came to my rescue, with a calm and professional reassurance. She quickly completed the ID checks and got straight into resolving my problem, swiftly and efficiently. Sarah’s first class customer service was a breath of fresh air after the usual 5 mins of bland music! I’ve no doubt she’ll soon be leading the team from the front !!

The knowledgeable way Ayush answered my question and patiently took me step by step to resolve the issue.

I transferred my current shares ISA to this company because I need to receive shares from my company, which can only work with this platform.

They took more than 3 months for the transfer, and even after this long waiting time, they only managed to transfer the shares only.
When I contact them multiple times, all agents respond with a different message. The last agent (Liam) said "I don't know there are also cash coming in".
That means my £30k cash went missing and they never know where it is - till today.

EQi is a great company to use. Thank you Liam for making my journey easier.
