Explain to me how 37% of their reviews are 1* and yet they have a 4.6* average - something is wrong here.

Tried to change bank details on my child's Trust Fund, sent completed form from the email address confirmed with them on the phone, the same one they send update emails to and the same one shown in the 'Profile' - received a message saying that wasn't the email address associated with the account.

Ramsiya was very helpful, knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. She took the time to help me through a dry run which was really appreciated.
