Would/will order again and definitely recommend
In LOVE with the design, the hoodie itself (it's so sooft!) and so comfortable to wear; shipping was fast, even with the apparent hype it got via TikTok (which was how I found them, too)

Nur die Qualität ist leider etwas enttäuschend.

Worth the wait!
The hoodie is beautiful and well made. The company was slow in responding when they were out of stock with the item, but I’m glad we hung in there and ordered when it was available again.

Feels very high quality and fits warm and comfy
The hoodie feels very high quality and the suggestion to order it up a size for that hoodie feel was a great one. I really feel like only the people who are supposed to understand it will do so and yet I also feel like the people who are supposed to understand it we'll catch it right away.

Order #1077 placed 9/5. I have emailed support twice inquiring about the status and have received no response. I requested that the order be cancelled. Still no response. Terrible customer service.

Hey there! Thanks so much for the great review—we’re really happy to hear you love your hoodies! We totally understand the frustration with the wait, and we’re so sorry about that. The delays were due to some supplier issues and a big surge in demand that caught us off guard. We're working hard to get things moving faster for the future.
We really appreciate your patience, though, and are thrilled that you’re enjoying the hoodies now! Thanks again for your support—it means a lot to us!

Hello,
I'm so sorry to hear about the delay with your order — I understand how frustrating this must be.
Our records show that we did reply to your message but please note we are finding sometimes our emails find it's way into people's junk folder.
We've had an unexpected surge in demand recently (thanks to a viral TikTok!) and are also dealing with some delays in receiving materials, which has slowed things down a bit more than usual. Normally, it takes about 5 working days to create your order with the care and quality you deserve, but things have been taking just a little longer right now.
However, I have some good news! Your order was shipped out and is currently in transit to you. An email was sent with a tracking link.
If you have any questions in the meantime or just want to chat, feel free to reply to this email — I’m here to help!
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience, and I’ll do my best to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
Warm regards,
Emily | Customer Support | EqualityThreads

Hiya,
Thank you for your feedback! I’m really happy to hear you’re pleased with the quality of the item.
I’m really sorry about the long wait time. We’ve had a bit of a whirlwind recently with a viral TikTok bringing in more orders than we expected, and some delays in getting materials. It’s been a bit of a juggling act, and I appreciate your patience as we work through it.
We’re working hard to get things back on track and ensure a smoother experience in the future. If you need anything else or have more questions, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help!
Best wishes,

Fantastic hoody
We bought a hoody for my son for his 16th birthday as he loves the products and has been asking for one for ages. It is brilliant quality and when he wore it he received loads of compliments from people who loved it, he said it was from people who “knew” what it meant. He was so happy with it and so were we

Really great sweatshirt
Really great sweatshirt, daughter loves it, thank you. Her first comment was "it's soooo soft inside" and she then wore it for ages. It's now been washed and looks as good as it did when it arrived. I think there may be other items on her Xmas list. Good communication about dispatch, and well packaged so arrived ok.
