Relatively quick shipment. However only one of two products were in the box and the shipping note confirmed this.
However, no information was given and no response on mails bar an automatic mail from support.
Pretty annoying experience

Absolutely shocked and disgusted! I paid £126 for a riding hat. The order was cancelled and no money has come back to me at all, since 15/01/26 Now 16/02/26!

They email you in Swedish, sometimes with a translation sometimes not!! which is extremely unhelpful.

Casque reçu bien emballé mais est arrivé rayé et la visière cassée sur le côté . Contact avec le sav , qui après avoir bu les photos devait voir avec son fournisseur , pas de nouvelle depuis 3 semaines malgré mes relances . Pas sérieux !!

Super slechte service! Meerdere malen contact proberen te zoeken over een zogenaamde garantie claim die je zult krijgen maar gewoon geen contact mee te krijgen! Ben al meer dan een maand bezig om iets proberen op te lossen en telkens hebben ze wel weer wat. Dat verwacht je niet van zo’n site…. Ontzettend jammer dit

Depuis le 8/12/2025 pas de nouvelle, cadeaux de Noël pour ma fille elle l attend toujours !
Un email d’excuse certes mais toujours rien à ce jour !

Mega snelle en goede service, bestelling na 4 werkdagen in huis terwijl het uit zweden wegkomt. Had een dure cap gekocht dus vond het best spannend maar ze hadden hem echt heel erg goed dubbel verpakt zodat niks beschadigd kon worden onderweg. En leuke kortingen. Aanrader

Parfaitement satisfait. De la commande à la livraison en passant par le mail service client pour l’obtention du tracking du colis, tout s’est très bien déroulé. J’ai pu acheter une bombe et des gants pour ma fille à un tarif bien plus intéressant que sur tous les autres sites et magasins.

I orderd 7 weeks ago. Probably due to holiday season I had to wait for delivery (planned a month later than order). However, delivery periode passed in silence. Didn't get anything until now.
phonenumber is not in use. Now I wait for response on my mail.

I have received my package. It took a long time to deliver it and it arrived 1 day late. But other than that, the product is just as it should be. The product was also a lot cheaper than what I could find it elsewhere, so I'm happy to wait a little extra time to save money.

No item received. Estimated delivery date was 23rd to 29th July.
Have emailed with no response. DHL have not received parcel either, just electronic info of order.
