I really love the hair dye. Only got it as it was a first time offer but now I’ll have to keep getting it. My hair looks like I’m back in my twenties again. Excellent product and service and communications!

Always been great. Could be a little cheaper but I like that I can choose my colour and they just make it. Fab!.

Brilliant on all accounts

Absolutely amazing, bespoke service that genuinely does feel like a salon from home. My hair colour is exactly what I wanted and the lovely colourist who makes my colour is a pleasure to collaborate with. No ask is too much. Highly recommend!

Good service

Comes in a lovely gift box, with shampoo, conditioner, proper gloves, and all the jazz. Sadly for me that's where it ended. I went for the red, and unfortunately it hasn't touched my hair line and it looks wishy washy, when I've normally had red colour ots strong and vibrant. I'm really disappointed with this product.

I’m loving the system my only issue is as I have quite a lot of hair , the solution often runs out before I’ve reached the last section which means the back underneath often doesn’t match colour wise . I’ll look into upsizing for thicker hair ..

Great product, will never go back to box dyes from supermarkets. The support you receive from the colourists are outstanding, they will go above and beyond to ensure your colour is perfect for you

their custom made hair dye is one of the best I’ve used it’s exactly the colour I wanted and I do love the packaging and to me packaging really does sell

Amazing! I had not dyed my hair for over a year, growing out my bleach and wanting to go more natural I found this company online. I could not afford to go to a salon and this seemed like a good compromise as the reviews for all the store bought products was awful. I didn’t really know what I was doing, searched the site and picked a colour very similar to my natural tone but with added gold. I purchased the product again not really knowing what to expect. Within an hour or so I had a stylist message me, she had reviewed my profile and colour choice and wanted to discuss my wants and needs in more detail. I described what I was looking to do, and we arranged a call together where we went through all of my options. Tara explained perfectly what would happen, what I would receive and complimented my colour choice saying that it would suit my skin tone and eyes. After the product arrived we spoke again so I would know exactly what to do, she replied almost instantly which was amazing as I was so excited to get started. I hadn’t dyed my hair in about 15 years so I was nervous as I never did a good job in the past. The product went on so easily, there was no smell and no itching at all and it only had to sit for 15 minutes. My blonde is completely covered and my hair is even all over, no idea how it could do it so quickly! I expected my blonde ends to be a bit lighter but no perfect coverage all over. The colour itself is a medium gold brown and looks so pretty, so much depth and shine! It felt lovely too. I’m looking forward to trying the permanent next time and trying a range of colours in the future. I used the Demi on this occasion which I was recommended. It’s also covered pretty much all of my whites even though I was warned it may not as I didn’t order the permanent. So impressed not only by the dye but by my stylist Tara, such quick and personalised responses just amazing! Highly recommended this product and this company to anybody, I wasn’t expecting too much but it has really gone beyond expectations. Can’t wait to try it again and achieve my hair goals! Thank you guys just brilliant!

I was dubious that an online salon could get my colour right! All the box dyes were never quite right and I can't afford spending £100's at a salon. I have been more than pleasantly surprised by esalon though! The questionnaire was thorough and a consultant emailed me with Q's to get it just right. Uploading a recent photo is helpful I think. I used the dye at the weekend and it looks really natural! (Originally a brunette, covering up greys). The instructions and bottles are personalised too, which is is a lovely touch! I won't be going back to my usual box dyes now I have esalon!

The colour that I chose is perfect for me I'm a strawberry blonde normally but as I've got older I found it difficult to find a colour that was true to my natural hair colour until I discovered E salon my colour is now perfect I would recommend

The colour is beautiful and long lasting. Usually reds fade very quickly but eSalon colour stays vibrant. Very happy

Colour varies from one box to the next. As I have dark hair this is an issue. The last colour was almost ginger in colour. This isn’t an issue if you want that colour but I have dark brown hair.

Good colour, bad delivery
I have used esalon for quite a few years and have been fairly happy with their product and service but recently the colours have not been delivered to my address.

They can blame it on Royal Mail all they want but the fact is there are alternative delivery services they can use which do a better job but they don't seem to want to.

Instead I have to redirect to a post office and spend an hour going to pick it up each time. Not good

Edit in reply to response below: I spoke to customer service every time my parcel gets lost. They still insist on using Royal Mail 🤷🏽‍♀️

Received my colour yesterday and there was not enough to cover the length and thickness of my hair so disappointed what a shame as I love the colours
