Excellent, the colour came in a professional box and all instructions very clear.

My brown colour was probably perhaps 1/2 shades too dark, but it still matches my hair fine, it covered all Grey's and neutralised a red brown on my hair which was the goal, and that was the first go, so probably very hard for them to complete on first go with just pics. So excited to get the next one as you can let them know your experience so assuming it will be perfect colour.

I’m quite happy with the colour but one this that I have noticed and I stopped my subscription is that my hair is falling a lot since I coloured my hair with the products from esalon.
I’m actually very concerned about this and I’m looking up for pills and treatments to stop the falling as it’s that bad that I can see bold patches when I put my hair on a ponytail

Worst hair colour didnt worked on my hairs twice on my first ordered it didnt worked and covered grey hairs so i raised complaint nd they told me it will be refunded but i didnt got any refund and also it delivered automatically next time to my address by deducting 8£ from my card and this time also it didnt worked

It’s the best hair colour i ever used (still using ;). More expensive than the shop bought one but totally worth it.
Never found such a similar colour to my natural one and the fact that they adjust it to perfectly match or however you like, it’s perfect.
I had a few issues (I can’t use ammonia based colour more than two times in a row…now that I say it I remember it happened in the salon as well, quite a few times) and the customer service deserves 5 starts for sure. They’re nice, respectful, professional and they make sure you’re taken care of.
I would totally recommend (actually I’ve already done it)

I subscribed a couple months ago and to be honest couldn't be any happier. I was doing box dye for 2years and the way I can feel the difference in my hair is unbelievable.
Every time I asked for alterations, they completely understood what I wanted, and they always matched 100% of my requests.
I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try. Is very much worth the amount that is asked.

Awful coverage, patchy and looks pink and I’m naturally red so a cooper colour should not go pink. I just wanted to enhance my colour as I get older it’s faded and have greys. Really disappointed.
