I have just cancelled my subscription. A very convoluted process to do so. It is hard to find where to even start and it takes around 6 different clicks. Clearly set up to try to trick you into staying which left a very bad taste in my mouth and I cannot believe companies are STILL behaving in this way. Also postage of £5.95 is insane - the method they use, Royal Mail 48 Tracked, is £3.55 for this weight.

The colours are ok but I have found way better at Boots for less than half the price. The ash tones are just too weak and the colours always end up looking brassy

Great products to choose from, always ships on time, reliable service.... One of the best suppliers for hair products, never had an issue or problem, will continue to use esalon for hair needs.

Die Farbe lag erstmal eine Weile im Schrank, da ich noch Drogeriefarbe da hatte die ich erst verbrauchen wollte.
Plötzlich bekomme ich eine Mail über meine weitere Bestellung und Abbuchung (Plötzlich Doppelte Summe wie erst).
Tatsächlich soll ich ein Abo abgeschlossen haben. Darüber wurde ich im Vorfeld nicht informiert oder konnte dies explizit anwählen/abwählen.
Die Farbe die "entsprechend meinen Wünschen" hergestellt wurde, entspricht in keinster Weise meinen Vorstellungen (Kupfer bestellt, Kackbraun erhalten).

The eSalon team always responds promptly to any concerns and the color changes I have requested so far have been amazing every single time. The color never looks like it just came out of a box. If eSalon continues this quality in regards to the product as well as the service, I will remain a faithful customer until I decide to let the gray take over. 😁

Just easy and the best color ! Ever since Covid I stop coloring at salon and do myself. Just get a haircut. Even hair stylist thinks color is amazing.

Ok..VERY pleased with e-salon for multiple reasons. Packaging of shipments is practical, colorist is responsive and prompt, new product introductions are available, my hairdresser compliments me on my color. Appreciate it ALL!

My color is perfect. I shortened the time for my highlights to process, for a more natural look, and it turned out great. Love the accompanying shampoo, conditioner, stain remover, gloves, and toner.

I have been a faithful client of Esalon for over 5 years! I order my hair dye from here almost monthly. They have other nice hair products for any thing you need. They customize your colors and make any adjustments accordingly. Hair color technicians are all very helpful. You could call them any time. It is like you have a personal hair technician for yourself . The products are wonderful. You will love the way your hair feels after each coloring. Highly recommend esalon !!!

Leider entsprach die Farbe nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Das 2. Paket würde ich gern zurückschicken, allerdings gibt es keine Möglichkeit ein Retourenlabel auszudrucken. Die Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet und ich soll auch die Versandkosten für die Retoure zahlen.
Das Abo habe ich gekündigt, ich hoffe, dass nun keine Lieferung mehr kommt.

My product is always here on time. It is a much better product than box dyes you can get from beauty stores. When I needed a change I called and they gave great advice and the change went perfectly. I definitely recommend them.

I have used esalon for over 10 years and love my color

Just phoned customer services to stop an order that I did not authorise for £71 (hair dye and other hair products). They responded with that's it's too late to cancel as the items are already shipped and it will be at my expense to return the product. I have previously tried to cancel these products but it's near impossible on the website, and you can only delay, for these dates to creep up and you get charged again. I explained this, and the customer services were less than helpful so when I explained that I'll be writing a review on how customers are held ransom to maintain orders without authorisation or an ability to cancel online, her response was "you do that". I was going to keep ordering the hair dye, but after this response, I absolutely will find an alternative option as this isn't an inexpensive product. Be careful!

I have been with Esalon for a long time. They color my hair good. I have trouble with the gray around my face. I have talked to a colorist but it didn’t help. She only changed my color without asking and without my knowledge. that’s not what I wanted. Now I just color around my face myself.

Customer service was outstanding when my first order was lost in the mail. Edward B had another order shipped to me immediately! He was awesome!
