Purchased hair dye 1st colour was brilliant thw free one however was a totally different colour and has now completely ruined the

Every day is a good hair day!
I have been using eSalon for almost 3 years now and have never been disappointed. There was one time a box came damaged and the bottles were leaking and they happily replaced it for free. And when my hair color had too much copper they were quick to help me correct the color. I have been very happy with them.

I have tried various tones of blond which was accommodated. After contacting eSalon, the expert listened to what I was trying to achieve and provided recommendations. Absolutely wonderful Customer Support!
The hair color received is excellent quality and is above and beyond! Have used the product for years without damaging hair structure!

My order still has not been delivered! Last time I checked it was in Memphis for the last 6 days!
If it does not come by tomorrow, 1/30, you will need to reship at your own expense.
