I did everything as per instruction and when I was drying my hair it started producing THE WAX that was dribbling on my legs and table, now my hair are greasy and covered with was which obviously melts when applying the heat. What could possible be in the products to cause this reaction????

I love this product. I use red or strawberry blonde and it is perfect, never looks orange and looks very natural. It is easy to use and a great product. If I can color my own hair, anyone can. The product keeps my hair very soft and healthy!

I liked this hair color at first. It is pricey and you have to pay foe shipping which I wasn’t super happy about. After a few orders the color started to not look as good. (Orange and brassy when what I asked for was cool brown.) I brought up my concerns and was prompted to buy extra products that were expensive, ridiculously heavily scented, and extremely ineffective at correcting my color concerns. I decided to stop using this service and started purchasing color at a hair supply company. I’m really happy with the results and have the color I want now. This may be unrelated but I had pretty bad hair loss for a while and it’s getting better now. In total I used this company for about a year and a half. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Automatic shipments are always on time and perfectly prepared. This company was a lifesaver during COVID and I’ve been with them ever since. MJW

Excellent customer service

I can change my color any time, delay my shipment, ask that it come early add things. This is my only subscription that is just seamless. Always exactly what I wanted !!! And the price well that’s amazing too. I’ve been using esalon for years !

I have asked for the box to not be delivered with plenty of head's up and they replied it was shipped already
I only received the package track number the day after
which makes it two full days for them to stop the delivery/return back or cancel.
They just want you to pay !
Also, you can't cancel the subscription until the first box is delivered forcing you to keep it - I am pretty sure this shouldn't be allowed either !

I won't be able to return the package my self either as i am not in the country

The color has been perfect for many years now. Very happy with the product and service.

I've been with Esalon for about 4-5 years now!! I always went monthly to a salon but during Covid my daughter recommended Esalon. I had never done my own roots!! Esalon stylist worked with me to get the perfect color, I initially sent them a pic! Over time I've needed to have my color tweaked for less or more of a color and my formula has always been great! Their customer service is excellent. Thanks Esalon!!

eSalon's is wonderful! I used another product before switching to eSalon, and I'll be sticking with eSalon. Their color lasts longer, and has the most amazing highlights. I'm often complimented on my color. Also, they are super-responsive to their website (answering questions, or requests for add-ons, etc). I'm impressed, all around.

I’ve been really happy with the level of service I’ve received so far they have been very proactive in answering all my questions and sending recommendations.

I’ve been using esalon products since 2020. My hair looks beautiful. Easy to communicate with regarding tweaking the color to get it just right. Love how simple it is to get professional results.
