I am always scared to leave my hair color in someone else's hands. With your haircolor, my hair always looks natural and well blended and is very simple to apply.

Esalon color is easy to apply and covers grays great. My hair is healthy. Because my hair naturally has a variation of color, the dye does not look flat. It shines. Best if all,my hair stylist said she could not do better!

Products are great! I have been using the made to order color for over 10 years. Customer service is great. Very rarely needed them but when I do they are always helpful. I get complements on my color all the time even from my hair stylists.

I've been with ESalon since 2014. I couldn't be in BETTER HANDS with my hair color. I loved the fact that they wanted pictures and consulted with me via email to formulate my color, and boy did they do a GOOD JOB. The very next day, I colored my hair, and I received a compliment from a coworker. I knew ESalon, and I would be friends for a long time, and so it is, it's 2026 now. Every so often, I contact them, and we tweak the color. <3

Esalon has made taking care of my hair so easy. I don’t have to think about it. I get my color in the mail & apply it whenever I have time. They sent me all the tools I need to get it done & the instructions are easy to follow. It’s also very easy to change your color if you want. After the first few times I decided to go a little lighter. I chose what I wanted & was sent the new shade on my next delivery.

I've been using your hair color since I was in my early '50s. I am now 73. My sisters use it. You guys are doing a great job, very consistent and have come out with products that have been relevant over time, and still are.

The one-on-one custom color help on my recent adjustment (Sarah?) was & is over the top. I am annoyed by the number of advertisement emails I receive. I love the advance notification re my upcoming shipment (in case I need a color change, delay, or skip). My recent order was shipped without warning. I have health issues and did not color from the last shipment yet. The advance warning may have been buried in the advertising - I don't know.

The color is beautiful and also had great success with the Light Kit. Also Skipping a shipment or requesting a shipment before the due date is easily done , no questions asked. It’s a great company, I have referred many friends and family members to E Salon, and they love it. Thank You!!!
