Great experience
I made a purchase and haven’t received the email yet. The operator assistant was great help. They sent me a QR code to scan and assisted step by step until it was active on my phone. Wonderful experience

Just amazing response
Just amazing response. Didn’t purchase a top up for France, contacted via WhatsApp and was guided step by step to add on, activate and ensure all smooth service. Pretty amazing as we don’t get this service so quick with any troubleshooting steps. Just amazing service

Thanks for the review! Most of our customers are first timers and early adopters of the technology (and not stupid!). Once the first time is set, it should be super easy from here :-)
ESIM-ON to the rescue
While traveling internationally I purchased an eSIM which didn’t work and took 4hrs to get any response from customer who said it would take an additional 24hrs to get it to work. That’s when I found eSIM-ON and I was able to get online and working within LITERAL minutes! The customer service rep Jerald walked me through all the steps via whatsapp and was super helpful, polite and quick to respond.
Definitely recommend!
