I ordeeed an e-sim card after a treacherous 19 days with roaming plan coming from the US and staying in France for another 8 days. I paid and received a QR code with delays but after 8 hours of order ( I was unable to sleep due to lack of connection and surfed for a solution) of course the data came back but I decided to go for the esom card just in case: the result is great: thanks to my I pad I was able to scan the QR code on my phone and to make it sure I asked also for assistance via WhatsApp and the representative was very helpful.

I bought the service and it wasn’t compatible with my phone. It’s an easy thing to check beforehand but they won’t tell you to check it. If it’s not compatible there are no refunds. Don’t recommend them.

Just an amazing experience!
I’ve used them in Europe(multiple cities) as well as Dubai and China.
Any time I have an issue I contact customer care via WhatsApp and they sort it out immediately!

Wow what great service I cannot praise the person that helped me enough.
I am on holiday in Bali from South Africa and set it up in my country. Got to Bali and it did not work. Contacted them and whithin a matter of 20 minutes treating an old person like me like I was the no one customer on their list and sorted out my eSIM quickly. I was struggling with my esim to be loaded on my new device. Logged into the WhatsApp line, and a lady by the name of Kim assisted me. She was absolutely amazing and so helpful! She assisted in the whole process with a new QR code so I could merge my old phone to this new one.. I was so impressed!!! She even informed me off all the other bundles I had not used. I was not even aware that I had not used them.. she was amazing! I was up and running in such a short space of time and ready for my European trip! Super happy!!!

Very good experience with your company. Except one time where I did not find anybody on the other side for a long hour you are always there with a great and very pleasant help. Nothing better for my travels in Europe with good prices too!
