I am a caregiver for a 90 yr old woman. She odered from the company and was very clear on phone with rep that this was a 1 time purchase, she declined any subscription. When I received an email stating the subscription processed and her CC billed, I immediately called. Too late, the order was shipped credit card billed. We have 1 option-go through several steps to return the order and wait for money to be refunded at a later time.
My response: I am writing to clarify that an email was sent immediately after the first order was received. I will also note that she was clear on when ordering where Ms. Valerie explicitly declined any subscription.

Ms. Valerie is 90 years old, and it is deeply disappointing that this subscription was processed despite her clear refusal. Due to the unnecessary hassle of your return process—a common issue noted in recent reviews—she has decided to cut her losses. We will not be returning the product, but please ensure that all future orders and the subscription itself are definitively cancelled.I am writing to clarify that an email was sent immediately after the first order was received. What they again failed to acknowledge was the reply from the first email cancelling subscription -
Frankly, it doesn't matter at this point and a lesson learned for everyone involved.

After trying several different brands, Essentials360 proved to be the best brand for fit and comfort. They are also reasonably priced.

The customer service people are outstanding. The auto-ship assures you get your product when you need it without having to do anything. You can change your order anytime you need to.

They were nice enough,just very expensive and we can't afford a subscription but for those who can it is a very nice product for adult incontinence. Delivery was really fast.

Your products are comfortable. However, I started using
the 12-inch pad while comfortable they are not very absorbent. I find I am using more pads than with my former product. You need to increase the absorbency.

Mother had been incontinent for years, and tried every different product she could find, especially for overnight. Nothing worked until she found your product. It gave her total peace of mind and comfort. No more worries about leaking while sleeping. They held everything in. Thank you. She had confidence and less worries about leaking. And the company was caring when we had to cancel her subscription after she passed away. Thanks for a great product.

I asked for samples of various products to review for my use and received what I requested as well as what customer support advised to a new user. No cost or extra charges added to me home delivery as promised. The products were equal to, or improvements to, the products I have been using for the previous 15 years. Re-order is easy and quickly responsive. I'm satisfied, more comfortable and converting to Essentials360.

Being incontinent, I was really tired of having to get up in the wee hours of the morning to change pads. Freedom Plus makes it possible to sleep through the entire night without waking or leaking!! I love it!!

These work great! I have bowel incontinence and the leg grips work great to contain it. Most other ones I have tried leak through the legs and cause horrible embarrassment. I can now go out a little bit instead of always staying home. Thank you!

I have been incontinent for almost 5 years due to a medical procedure. I thought my world had ended. I went through all of the big brands with varying results. Then I came across Essentials360 on the internet. I decided to try them and I was hooked. It's shouldn't rocket science to do what they are intended to do, but they do it and much better than the others. I'm sticking with them!

Been a customer for about 3 years, after trying about every incontinence brief on the market. Essentials 360 Security Plus are comfortable and keep me dry day and night. Other briefs made me itchy but not this brand! Orders arrive in a timely fashion and customer service people are caring, considerate and helpful. Thanks Essentials 360!

Expensive. Needs a higher rise. A less expensive product better suits my needs. Subscription service is assumed so you must opt out. High return shipping costs. Return shipping is not provided by Essentials 360.

I had to return my order which cost me $50.00, you never refunded me for this return. I will never order anything from you again. I was thinking of reporting you to the better business bureau . I just became a widow and that money for postage would have helped me .THANKS FOR NOTHING

I was unhappy with the product and I called to cancel the automatic shipment. The shipment was already made and I was told to wait for the shipment and then would be given instructions for return together with the 4 packs of unopened product. All I received was an address and instructions to return. It cost me $80 to return!! Will I get that back together with the cost of the product?

I ordered by phone from a product flyer I rec'd in the mail. I mistakenly assumed the product would provide exceptional absorbency due to the cost: .83 cents per 360 pad vs .27 cents per Equate #6 pad. Kay in Cust. Serv. was very polite, and surprised the flyer did not offer their "best selling" Supreme pads. The flyer also fails to state clearly that customers must pay for shipping on any returns, so I will only be refunded about half the value of returned product. This has been a VERY disappointing experience! Will not recommend to anyone.

It was not clear that I had signed up for a subscription when I bought a sample pack. When I tried to return the subscription order of 5 packs that cost $70 they would not provide shipping, so it would cost almost half the price of the order, about $30 to return. unfortunately the sample size/subscription I ordered doesn't fit so I can't use them. The company needs to clearly inform that the sample includes a subscription that can only be returned at the buyer's expense.
