I discovered Essex Spirits Company when I attended one of their tasting evenings. It was a very informative and fun evening with some great tastings.
Although priced a little more expensive than the supermarket the taste is worth it.

Love the refill and local delivery service

We had an excellent tasting experience by the owner Zane who told us how he set up his business in his grandmothers garage during Covid lockdown. He cares as much as is possible for the environment and sources his ingredients locally as far as possible. The gins are all excellent and I will certainly be getting refills. I have today enjoyed a sunny afternoon in the garden sipping the Army & Navy dry. Superb. Next will be the Gin-O-Cello. I thoroughly recommend that you give his unique Gins a try.

Zain visited our u3a gin group and told us about the history of his company accompanied by a number of tasters. We tried 5 different gins of varying flavours to accommodate all palates, my favourite was the Army and Navy, even hubby who is not a gin drinker liked it too.

Met these guys at a local festival and they are an honest, passionate bunch who make delicious beverages!

Great company with enthusiastic owner and staff, great products and a real passion for local produce and sustainability. This was my 4th visit and I've loved it every time and learnt something new every time. With such a great range of products there's always something new to try.

Fast service quick delivery and good quality drinks at a good price

Really enjoyed our distillery tour so much we bought 4 bottles. However disappointed to discover that when I turned up recently you no longer sell from the factory, has to be online or from bar in Chelmsford. Trying to work out how to return used bottles for refund.

Went with friends for the make your own gin/rum experience and had a good laugh! An interesting tour and totally worthwhile.

It was one of the most informative tours i have had. Zane has had an exciting journey and he is very passionate about the business! He should be very proud of his achievement in his fairly young business and exciting times ahead! Highly recommend this tour and informative session oh and of course the samples! Caleb his assistant did a brilliant brilliant job too! Well done to Zane and his team!

Amazing products form an amazing company!

Great customer service this time round too. I received an email to advise me of the upcoming delivery and lo and behold, my bottle of Winter Cup arrived in the evening. No need to open the door casually holding my Escrima fighting sticks this time as I was warned. :-)

I visited the distillery to pick up an order for a selection of gins and experienced a warm welcome together with a professional and knowledgeable service. It is the type of local business that I hope to continue to support.
