Great to deal with.
I have been dealing with Eurocamp for many years and have found the staff to be really professional, courteous and extremely helpful if any problem arose. I believe Eurocamp is very trustworthy.

Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use. Total price is calculated & then a nice little unexpected discount was applied at the end. Very straightforward booking system. I used to use another company but had a really bad experience with the on a campsite so I switched to eurocamp a few years ago & I can’t fault them.

Negligent unprofessional campsite
We booked through Eurocamp and stayed at Camping Le Ruisseau in Bidart. During our stay the campsite’s maintenance team damaged our rental car and accepted responsibility in writing. Nearly three years later the issue is still unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact the campsite. We feel completely let down and extremely disappointed. How can a business operate in such a negligent unprofessional way.

We've fully paid for our accommodation…
We've fully paid for our accommodation a few weeks ago, only to be advised yesterday that it's no longer available? How can you sell accommodation that doesn't exist??? Poor experience before we even get there. We received a small refund, but it doesn't help our disappointment.

Very efficient booking and payment. The campsite was lovely, the cabin was clean but pretty cramped for a 'bigger' one!

Great prices
Great prices. Very detailed, loads of info available ahead of booking.
Hoewever , maybe its a bug, every time i click to view the details/pics on one of the camps, and then i press back 1 step, i am re dirrected to the maine page of the site. It can be a bit annoying if you have filters on etc. You need to start all over again , put the filters back on etc
