BEWARE! If you decide to replace a broken larger household appliance you rely on, you are better off looking locally for a replacement or you might wait 1 week and a half for delivery.
Neither Euronics nor Caulfield are apparently very customer orientated and interested to get the item to you as soon as possible (as in under 7 working days!). I have purchased a dryer on Friday morning but it was not leaving the warehouse until Monday! I was certainly not better off than a customer who takes their sweet time and does more research over the weekend before purchasing! Au contraire: I would have to wait even longer for my purchase, than a customer who buys 2 days later. Euronics basically just shrug their shoulders and point to the “up to 7 working days” delivery time. They seem to forget that they also quote “5” days! The customer service replies are barely apologetic and read almost passive aggressive to someone who works in CS themselves. I cancelled the item which is still with Caulfield and I now have to wait until Euronics receive the item back in their warehouse in order for me to get a refund! Euronics should offer a better and friendlier service, but they won’t. Their choice. But never again will I purchase any item at Euronics and I would stay clear from companies who deliver with Caulfield as well. I don’t need a repeat of this none service.

Your delivery driver would not take away my old TV. You're online advice line is a sham, nobody got back to me when I asked a question. There is no customer service whatsoever, no telephone number to ring. When I went to the local euronics supplier they refused to engage saying I needed to contact you online, yet that is impossible. I will not be buying from you again.

Decided to buy a projector for the kids. Rang your letterkenny store and a lovely guy said they were sold out and told me to order it on line and gave me all the info. I was very impressed. Very good company to deal with
