I bought a TV and wall mounted bracket…
I bought a TV and wall mounted bracket recently. Website was easy to use and delivery was prompt, no issues there or with the TV, but the wall bracket was poor and I needed to add my own shims to the bracket itself to stop it swinging on its own axis.

Carelessly packaged
The person packing put sticky white labels all over the product and l am finding it impossible to remove the residue on front of the machine. This was extremely careless and should not havre happened as l paid over 300 euro and expected it to arrive perfect

Bit slow getting here , slight damage to back panel but quick response to problem
Took 2 weeks to get here , despite paying 59 euro for delivery . When unraveling packaging , noticed slight damage to panel at rear. Appliance is fine though and is working away . Took photos of damage and forwarded to euronics customer care . They responded promptly and have promised a 10% refund. Still waiting on refund but trust they will stay true to their word .
