Moja opłata została pobrana co miesiąc (dodatkowo za sierpień, wrzesień, październik 2026). Raz tylko wykorzystana gdy pierwszy raz była wykupywana winieta na Austrię w lipcu 2026.
Przy zakupie winiety wszystko jest proste i obsługiwane w języku polskim. Nic nie ma na temat o co miesięcznej pobieranej opłacie. Dopiero głęboko w regulaminie po angielsku jest tak informacja. To jest nadużycie i oszustwo.

Heute bekam ich ein Strafmandat über 200€ wegen Autobahn Benutzung ohne Maut. Was soll das...meine Daten und mein Handeln war korrekt...Danke eher nicht wieder..

Europamaut claims their recurring charges are clearly communicated, but labeling an automated subscription as a "flatrate" while omitting the word "subscription" breaches fundamental consumer protection laws. Concealing recurring billing behind deceptive terminology fails to obtain express consent and constitutes a misleading omission (EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive). Under German law (§ 241a BGB), no legally binding subscription agreement was ever formed.
Their immediate, stock responses defending these recurring charges show this is an intentional business model rather than an isolated oversight. I have formally submitted this matter to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).
Prospective customers should exercise caution.

Buying a one-day pass somehow turned into a monthly subscription
I only needed a one-day pass in March, so I bought one.
I don't remember ever subscribing to a recurring payment, and I have never used paid highways since then.
But they charged me 6 times for 12.80 EUR each (76.80 EUR total) before I realized there was a subscription.
I still don't understand how that could have happened, and I want my money back!

This is not as expected to go monthly.
This is not as expected. Same as another person stated recently, I wanted 1 ten day valid toll vignet and I ended up with a contract for a Monthly payment. I cancelled but still received my vignette. I tried to contact the support, politely asking for refund for the last month. It was completely rejected. I am not even from austria, and i will never use the monthly. seems unfair and misleading commercial practices. I ask again for the refund for the last month, yet no reply.
