Denis Wick Mouthpiece
I was looking for a certain Denis Wick mouthpiece and enquired at Ev-entz trade stand at a contest in February. They made enquiries with DW but it was not available. I forgot about it. 6 months later and I have a phone call from Billy. He had not forgotten my request and posted me the mouthpiece promptly.

Incredibly friendly not at all pushy we probably spent an hour in the shop looking at guitars for my 15 yr old daughter not once did we feel unwelcome we purchased a vintage vga990sb accoustic that she was blown away with before we left she even sang them a song water Mellon moonshine

First class customer service
Bought an ex-hire guitar amp. Hassle-free transaction and despatched quickly. There were some issues with the courier but Ev-entz were straight on it and really helpful, and all was well in the end. Really pleased with the amp too. Absolutely recommended. Thanks.

Seller does not collect import charges…
Seller does not collect import charges when selling to Europe. So purchase tax, custom duty and handling fee for the carrier have to be payed on top of the purchase price when entering the target country. Available is only a ridiculous expensive express shipping service. There is no alternative economy shipping service. So, a drum spare part (tension rod) that was 5,00 € p.p. when buying summed up to 15,00 € p.p. on arrival. Now, form your own judgement!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry for the trouble you experienced with the additional import charges and our shipping options. I understand how frustrating it can be to face unexpected costs.
It seems our website automatically overcharged you for delivery. I've tried to reach out to you regarding this issue. In the meantime, I've refunded you the difference between what we pay for shipping and what you were charged, plus a bit more as a gesture of goodwill.
To clarify a few points:
Import Charges: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are determined by your country and are unfortunately beyond our control. These charges are standard for international shipments and must be paid by the recipient. At this stage, because we're only a small company, we're unable to collect import charges when selling abroad, but we are actively working on this by trying to use another courier.
Shipping Options: We strive to offer the best possible shipping options. Currently, we only provide express shipping to ensure timely and secure delivery. However, we know there's a need for more affordable options and are working on including these in the future.
We're committed to providing the best service possible and hope this resolution meets your expectations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
