1st class service , great advice, found me the drum I'd been searching for. Great price ,extremely well packaged.Quick delivery, perfect communication. Even provided me with a drum sack. Can not recommend Billy and the team enough . THANK YOU GUYS .

I'm really sorry to hear about your frustration with the delivery of your floor tom. I understand how delays can be frustrating, and I wish we'd had the chance to assist you before you felt the need to leave a 1-star review.
It’s worth noting that we haven’t received any communication from you regarding the status of your delivery during this time. If you had reached out to us, we would have been happy to provide you with an update. Just to clarify, the drum is out for delivery today, and we did send you the tracking details via email and Reverb.
After looking into the tracking, I found there was an unexpected delay between the label being created on October 14th and the parcel arriving at the depot on the 22nd, which unfortunately was beyond our control. I truly apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The Ideal PA System for Our Needs
We needed a PA system for a specific type of singing including light classical and easy listening but as a duet, we needed to fill a whole cathedral. Before a good friend recommended Billy from Ev-entz, we were getting quite confused regarding the best system to select. Billy was extremely helpful and guided us to the very best sound system we could have asked for.

Unfortunately it took more than 2 weeks…
Unfortunately it took more than 2 weeks to have my order shipped. But once shipped, the delivery was fast and I was well informed. I also sent 2 emails to client services to ask when my order is shipped, but I have not receiver any reply.

Ludwig Black Beauty purchase
