Damaged Trixon drum lugs
2 of the 9 lugs that I recently purchased are substandard,in that one of the screw locators on each of the lugs is either obliterated or non existent altogether.
This should have been noted in an item description.
I am not very happy about this.

Thanks so much for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the issue with the lugs. That definitely wasn’t intentional, and I completely understand your frustration — especially when you're expecting all parts to be usable. These were the last we had in stock, and it looks like we missed spotting that damage during listing. I have refunded the two faulty lugs.

Excellent and experienced team for everything musical. It’s a really friendly place to visit and the staff go out of their way to help and advise. I took a bass and an electric guitar to be set up and check for audio. Good speedy service and great value for money. I’ll be back
