Excellent and very helpful customer service
I had a problem caused by myself not changing my delivery address before placing an order. But a quick phone call and the details were instantly updated in time for the order to be dispatched. Very friendly and helpful telephone service from a great supplier!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM FAMILY FIRM
I came across this family firm by accident whilst trying to find a particular model of keyboard. I reached out for more information via email enquiring about the cost of one of their products.
I received a reply from Billy instantly. He came across as friendly, accommodating and helpful, and a couple of emails later I made the immediate decision to purchase.
A subsequent query was also met with the same excellent customer service and I was very pleased with the outcome.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this firm, a wonderful experience not often achieved these days so a review was definitely warranted.
