Always been great service.
Always been great service from this Vape shop. And I find it offensive that government just through all high street vape shops in the same bag when this one is in no way dodgy at all. It is filling a need and doing it on the high street. Why do we not encourage this entrepreneurial spirit in this country. We should be encouraging this sort of vape shop to stick around and thrive, whilst it also keeps our high streets vibrant.

I have been using this establishment…
I have been using this establishment since it opened,
Unfortunately upon my arrival this morning (23/08/26)
The only staff member who was busy at the time' told me I couldn't look at certain products at the rear of the shop adjacent to the till,
No obvious signs that customer's are restricted to this area, I was just checking the small labels.
Her attitude made me feel unwelcome so I left and most certainly won't be coming back.

Earlier today I went to Evapo islington…
Earlier today I went to Evapo islington to buy vape oil as I have been going there for the past few years. I asked for my usual vape oil and gave my loyalty card and he gave me what I asked for. I paid the price then realized the box was open when I checked it. Then I explained to him the box was open and the pod he gave me was the older version. I also explained to him that I came in few days a go and purchased two boxes of the pod and when I checked it there was a leakage inside and they gave me two new boxes of the newer version of the oil pod. He straight away started saying I'm accusing him of selling me bad vape oil and accused me of opening the box my self and blaming on him. I said to him calmly I didn't open it and he can check the cctv if he wants and I just wanted the newer oil as the box he gave me was the older oil and they leak. He got really annoyed and started shouting at me and accusing me of calling him a lier. I told him to calm down as the guy who served me few days a go came from the back room. The guy started raising his voice in a threatening way and said he will give me my refund and he does not want to serve me any more. He asked me to leave the premises. I have been going to Evapo for the past few years as loyal customer and today's experience was something I've never experienced in my life and unacceptable from someone whose providing service to the paying customer. I Travelled twenty minutes just to go to that shop as I am loyal customer and that guy ruined my day and that was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was treated as petty criminal for being loyal customer.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. He even built my vape up for me and binned all the rubbish after. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful shop salesman to help me and sale me the vape I received.

Lisa and Matt are always happy and cheerful. They both are great at giving advice of different products to try and recommendations based on what you like. I have built a great relationship with both of them and always have a laugh.
