Don't Do It. Loved the idea, but my experience has been horrible. I bought an Coast Contra LP in October 2023. Customer service is pretty much nonexistent. get same message evetime. Artist communication is crap. its now Feb 6th. Crickets from CS and artist. I don't expect to see my purchase. Waste of money and time. save yourself the headache.

After purchasing an album, 3 days later the purchased songs disappeared from my library. Not a big deal, as this could be a glitch/error that can be easily resolved. However, after emailing their 'customer service' multiple times, for multiple weeks, they just send a auto-response saying that they received my message. Just not trustworthy if they can not either respond and/or resolve the issue.
