First class customer service

You only find out how good a utility company is when there is a problem.
With so many battles to sort things out these days I was expecting the same when I had an unexpected high bill, but it was dealt with efficiently and I was kept informed throughout the process to resolve it. A full refund of my unexpected bill was issued within a couple of days and the problem resolved. Special thanks to Matthew (Customer Service Advisor) who made a potentially stressful situation a breeze.

I have just taken over i restaurant in…

I have just taken over i restaurant in Falkirk Everflow was the supplier of the water which the bills were in the region of £2800 per month which is crazy for water. They explained when i questioned the price they were charging that we were using 120,000 tons of water. This is crazy. I am changing my supplier and they said with buisness stream my bills should be £750 per month . Now with my new bill which is in the region of £3300 per month. We are closed to 5 days and are using more water. plus this company charges you for the water and sewage that you have not even used.

Avoid this company at all cost as these a scamming company and will charge you what they want . Plus they make it so difficult to move from them saying the other company has not been in touch, They keep putting of the switch so they can keep charging you high rates.

Quick response and faster resolution!

We experienced a short delay from the contractor in collecting the waste as planned. After to speaking with Lynn at Everflow she promptly resolved the situation and collections are back on track. Many Thanks to Lynn and the Everflow team. Great job!

Great customer service

Great customer service - call instead of email!! After an issue with billing & by trying to keep a previous dialogue open I was losing hope to the 3 emails sent & that were not responded to. After numerous attempts I spoke with an extremely helpful advisor Julie, who listened, liaised with other departments so I wasn't having too re explain the situation, found a resolution, explained clearly the next steps & ensured I fully understood the process, we are delighted with the service & result from Julie today & can say what was a stress has now been dealt with efficiently & the day seems a little lighter, thank you!!
