EDIT - 1 MONTH LATER: I provided my campaign details as requestet and contacted them directly. Two months later, I still haven't received a reply. Now I am also disappointed by the service.
ORIGINAL:
I started a campaign with this T-shirt manufacturer. Naturally, it was a bit more expensive than doing it the traditional way, but that was fine—I knew what I was getting into. What I did not know, however, was that the quality of the T-shirts would be so disappointing.
Many people who bought the shirts reached out to me afterwards, telling me that yellow stains appeared on the fabric after washing. Unfortunately, I have noticed the same issue on my own shirts as well. On top of that, the fabric feels thin and the print is not very strong or vibrant.
Conclusion: Overall, I cannot recommend this manufacturer. The quality simply does not match the price.

I ordered from a campaign that ended on 7th of August and shipped at 15th of August, chose tracked shipping that was an extra 10 euros just to be safe, and I have yet to receive any email regarding my orders whereabouts, even though I was supposed to receive my orders tracking code.
I have sent an email to customer support and never received an answer, I'm starting to think that I wasted 45 euros, and by reading other reviews here it seems that I am not the first one with a problem like that.
I understand the case of having shipping delays but it would be greatly appreciated if I could get an update on my order.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a T-shirt which never arrived. The seller told me it was returned and re-shipped, but the second shipment also never arrived. The communication with customer support was frustrating – my emails were ignored, and they did not address the questions I asked. After all this time, I still have no product and no clear resolution. I will not be ordering again.

I'm a seller on Everpress and they stopped paying out on February. One month ago their support team said they will contact the finance dep. but never got back. Now they are ignoring my emails. (Ticket #157887)
Also, they sell tees for 30e and pay out creators like 2eur per shirt, so not sure if I'd recommend them to any creator.

Update:
I ordered a T-shirt in July and once the campaign ended I had no response for months after. It was a hassle to contact and get a reply from them.
However they recently emailed me and explained the situation and apologised for the issues caused. Which is why I decided to change my review. I do hope they have sorted all of the issues out for everyone now. I did appreciate them taking the time to email me and resolve this for me. Which is why I decided to change my review.
Hopefully now the internal changes have been made that they can get back to usual. I hope to order again in the future once this has all been resolved for everyone.

I ordered such a lovely design T-shirt which I was really looking forward to receiving. Over 2 weeks after the campaign ended I have no update about where my order is and still haven’t received it.
I’m really disappointed as I’m now £31 out of pocket and still no sign of the T-shirt after multiple times trying to contact your customer service to see what had happened. No one reply’s when you try and contact them.

Got a reply to a couple of my emails (which takes them over a week to reply to) saying that they have “been navigating some internal changes which caused delays in our responses” however no mention of when my order will be dispatched. And it’s been over a month now.
Just to add the campaign ended on the 26th of July. And the response I got was just saying they are sorry that my order is late….
I would just like a refund now as this is ridiculous.

Placed an order nearly a week ago, no confirmation email, I’ve sent emails, messages on socials .. nothing 😞 really disappointed .. ordered in the past with no issues .. no idea how I’m going to get my money back

Ordered a tshirt and it’s far too big for me. I’m writing a review on here because I’ve emailed AND direct messaged to start the return process and I’ve had nothing back. I’m hoping this review will get their attention. The product I ordered was not cheap so I will not rest, until I get my money back.

Gutted with the quality of my item. I was very kindly bought a t-shirt from one of their limited campaigns but it arrived with a print fault. The person who placed the order got in touch with Everpress straight away and to begin with, all seemed well - their customer service team responded and said they'd get a new one printed in the next print run. However, it's now several weeks on from that correspondence and we've heard nothing more.
In the meantime, I decided I'd wash the faulty t-shirt, just in case the print flaw was something that might resolve itself. I washed it exactly as the care label and website suggests (inside out, on a delicate cool wash, eco cycle) and I even put the t-shirt in a delicates bag, yet when it came out the wash to be air dried naturally, the colour had come out of the 100% organic cotton, leaving noticeable lighter marks across the garment. I cannot understand how this has happened, given I followed the care advice exactly and it wasn't washed with any other garments or linen that could've leached colour (it went in with a 100% cotton fitted sheet and pillowcases of the same colour, all of which have been washed many times before). It also wasn't washed with any product that could've bleached or marked the garment.
So, I'm still waiting for the replacement, with no further communication from Everpress as yet, and I'm also now left questioning the longevity and quality of their products. For a t-shirt costing £24 plus postage, I'd expect far better than this.
EDIT: Thank you Everpress for finally getting in touch. I responded to your request for details on 31/08/25, however I was unsure whether you needed my information or the original purchaser's information. Please get in touch with me to resolve the faulty t-shirt.

Very disappointing quality. The brand tries to appear cool and socially conscious, but in the end you’re left with a cheaply made shirt from Bangladesh that clearly raises serious concerns about labor practices. Feels hypocritical and irresponsible.

It's a real shame that the brilliant designers and illustrators putting their work on Everpress are let down by the poor quality of the garments and printing, especially considering the prices they charge – their t-shirts are very thin and flimsy, and look knackered after a couple of washes. Two out of three of the shirts I recently ordered weren't screen printed, and the quality of the printing in general was low, with one of the designs being printed way off-centre.

Ordered this t-shirt on everpress from lostinspace-redux. The color I ordered is 'dark orange', but the color I received looks totally different than the color on the website. Pretty disappointing, especially since it took so long to ship and was expensive.

I ordered a shirt and just got it and was pretty excited! Upon opening it I was disappointed to find that the print quality was really low and blurry, especially considering the prices 😕
I have two more shirts coming and I’m pretty scared now. With all that this brand brags to be I had high expectations and right now I’ve been let down. I’ll update when the other two arrive…

The product builder is terrible. You can't snap artwork so you're basically guessing what the end product will look like.
I ordered a sample and the size was totally different to the size guide on the website. I contacted support and they just sent me exactly the same product again. The XL hoodie fits more like a medium.
I'm trying to launch a campaign through them and they're shooting themselves in the foot by making it very difficult to get good quality products out of them.

Did a few purchases on everpress from Switzerland. The shipping took its time but that’s alright. No customs fees what is great! Value for money is fair. Originality is unique, That’s why I like to come back every now and then. I recommend.

My T shirt is really good quality, not see through, and has washed well with no shrinkage, unlike many high street offerings. I received it quickly, with no issues. I shall be buying from them again.

I’m a big fan of their t shirts, quality and design. Whenever I wear one of their t shirts people always comment on how cool they are.
Also love that they are about paying the creators fairly.

I bought an average runners tshirt last year. When initially received the print was quite dull which I assumed was part of the design. I have not worn the shirt regularly and it’s been washed 2-3 times and since then the design has faded and in some areas disappeared. I am posting this here as I struggled to find a direct form of contact on your website
