This is now my fourth purchase so maybe that tells you something . I really like the products ,fit like a pair of slippers, quality top notch. Won't be my last buy .

Ordered 2 months ago and still not received my shoes. No notification when buying that the shoes were made to order and the manufacture/shipping time was 5 weeks. I would have settled for 5 weeks when eventually advised but now it is currently over 8 weeks and I still havent received the shoes.

Was emailed on the 27th September to advise the shoes were ready and were been sent out on an express delivery. Today is the 19th October (23 days later) and the 'Express Delivery' has still not arrived. Shocking service and so disappointed having used Eves and Gray before without an issue.

Eves and Gray have provided me so far with 7 pairs of footwear, each one is outstanding quality and comfort. Delivery time is short and their customer service team are fabulous. My favourite shoemaker and I fully recommend them to one and all.

Beautiful shoes, nice quality

Shoes are quality handmade . But there was a bit of a mix up about the delivery date , i was on holiday when the shoes where delivered.

Have purchased a few sets from Eves, 5 I think.. all very good with the exception of one pair that had an unfortunate mark, it was in the sale though.. in most terms, highly recommended. The fact that I continue to purchase from them is recommendation in itself.

Edit: whilst initially disappointed that I had to resort to giving a bad review to get a response from CS (see bottom of this review).
I can say that since the MD picked up my email the service has been excellent. My shoes arrived today. And we’re sent out yesterday!
I already have one pair the same and I liked the quality and look so much I wanted to have another pair in reserve. The fit is good I have quite wide feet and they don’t feel squashed despite the shape, but I will say from experience of my last pair. You need really thick socks like walking socks to wear them in. I ended up with a painful blister after 5 mins of wearing them but it was just one shoe. They do get much better after a few wears, but I still wear thicker socks if I know I will be walking a lot
I’m leaving 4 stars simply for the lack of response to my initial enquiries with the company but for the quality and look of the product I would leave 5 stars

Shoes haven’t arrived 3 weeks after purchase and no response to email asking where they are

Original shoes that turned up were both the wrong style and size turned up. To be fair, the team did turn this round quickly and shipped the correct product but not the experience I had hoped for.
