I bought this cleaner at the end of…
I bought this cleaner at the end of November and initially thought it was excellent. However, after using it for a few weeks I am experiencing lots of problems with suction. The cleaner is forever clogged up with fluff and debris which gets more and more compacted even after a short use. The cleaner clogs at the bottom, just above the brush head, and then it clogs in the main stick of the cleaner, necessitating a strong length of dowelling to prod it free. If it is still blocked then I have to check the area where the motorised head joins onto the stick. I can do a 10-minute vacuum but then have to dismantle the whole cleaner to free up the clogged areas. It is as if the motor is not powerful enough to get the debris up into the actual collecting cup at the top of the cleaner. I was going to purchase a 2nd Airstorm for upstairs but realise it is not effective enough, so disappointing.

It’s ok to a point
It’s ok to a point. We have uneven slate tiles and need to be able to properly scrub them. The machine tries hard but the bristles on the brushes are not long enough to read the recesses of my tiles. Better than anything else tho’ so I would recommend it.

Total rubbish. I ordered the correct part from the list of items. But somebody needs to go to specsavers. Incorrect part sent. Now I have the hassle to return it before they can get it right.

Ewbank sweepers
I received fast confirmation of the purchase and notification about delivery. Specific details of the delivery were not given but I was given a date by which they would be delivered. The sweepers arrived well packed and were very easy to assemble. They do the job they were designed to do.
