Needed a steam cleaner with attachments and a hose' looked at different branded ones but EWBANK'S the one we choose.It sparkled up our Bathroom tiles made them look like new' our kitchen floor and loads things more and that's all thanks to you.A brilliant steam cleaner in every single way' Made light work of the elbow grease' The jobs were child's play.

I asked and paid for next day delivery. I was informed delivery was four days and had to rearrange a further date.
I suggest at least return of delivery fee.
The product is excellent.

Fast and Professional service

Just purchased a Ewbank Supreme ironing board and it’s an absolutely brilliant! Had a nightmare with others being faulty, unsteady, limited range of height, iron rests not fit for purpose , so finding this one has restored my faith in sensible ergonomic design. Thankyou Ewbank - you’ve made my day and made ironing a pleasure!!!

Spare part arrived not fully complete which led me to make a decision to buy a brand new steam cleaner inquired about discount for a Ewbank as they served me well over the years. Could not offer me discount so I went elsewhere. Also lack of availability of spare parts a big issue. Sorry to say was not contacted by management team if fact they had to be contacted 2 regarding not receiving postage along with my refund

Not one but two EW0190’s faulty!
The 1st from Amazon and the 2nd direct from Ewbank. The handset has 2 flat batteries to power a signal to the base which has a water squirter, a light and two rotating heads.
Both devices failed to receive the signal from the handsets. No wonder they are ‘On sale’

Used spray mop 3 times and handle snapped at the base wasn't pressing hard
Haven't kept receipt so can not take back to shop 😩 so very sad

The process of ordering the sweeper was easy, it was delivered very quickly and I am delighted with it, it picks up very well and it is really nice to look at.

The "pick up"on both carpets and hard floors is truly excellent - the sweeper does exactly "what it says on the tin".
The "tramlines" left on carpets by the skinny wheels are truly awful!
The flimsy 3-part handle is already deforming after only a very few uses. It has a "dog leg" bend in it at the plastic joints and will probably need to be replaced with a stronger version at some stage .
