They are very quick and polite to answer your reviews but you just can’t get a straight forward answer! This company is nothing but a joke! All they are interested in are to sell you their vouchers and scam you for your money by overcharging on the flights, hotels, trains and what not!! I would make aware everyone to take a distance to this company and not to buy these worthless vouchers which they call “gift”. It is nothing but “gifting” themselves with your money. They over charge on everything. How people fall for this company’s vouchers is a mystery to

Repulsive scammers stealing your money
Scammers offering flights at higher prices than the air carriers, dysfunctional website which gets stuck in the middle after getting your payment and grossly incompetent staff which sends you confirmations about flights from months ago when you ask them to help with your upcoming flight. They also force you to take all extras such as luggage at once at the time of the booking. Even without those problems, they are still locking your money into something from where you either have to use it on their terms or it expires. No refunds possible. Awful experience, never use.

I’m had probably the best experience I could have when getting a voucher for Christmas Day
I bought my daughter a voucher for a hotel and had a terrible experience but bought my son a flight gift card and had the most amazing service
One of the vouchers got held up in the mail and without any questions they just cancelled that one and sent me a new one that arrived for Xmas day. My son was over the moon
He could go visit all his friends at different universities but n NZ. I will buy him another this year as he is leaving for university so he can use it to get home🥰 when ever he wants

Absoluter Betrug!!!!!
Ich würde sogar Minuspunkte verteilen wenn es geht! Habe von meinem Freund einen experiencegift für flüge bekommen, 100 Euro. Habe mich so gefreut. So dann wollte ich Flüge buchen und bin erschrocken was diese Seite für Flugpreise hat,die selbe Airline doppelt soviel Geld? Ich habe bei allen 4 geplanten Reisen geschaut. Und bei jedem Flug hin und zurück, das doppelte an Geld!! So wenn man jetzt überlegt, dass ich ja dort dann auch noch für 2 Personen buchen müsste, weil man sonst ja getrennt sitz. Hat die Firma einen Aufschlag von 200%. Also mal zwei Beispiele Flüge nach sydney für 2 Personen nur hin! 3900 Euro auf der experiencegift Seite bei skyscanner 1800 Euro direkt auf der seite von thai airways 1950 Euro!!!! Flüge nach ibiza egal welche Airline ca. 600 euro für zwei hin und zurück, bei der Experincegift Seite nichts unter 950 euro! Also bring mir dieser 100 Euro Gutschein nichts! Ich zahle trotzdem drauf! Flüge nach hawaii gleich Airline unterschied von 500 euro!!!! Da würde ich mit Gutschein trotzdem immernoch 400 euro mehr bezahlen wie überall anders!!!! Kauft diese Gutscheine nicht! Das ist Betrug vom feinsten!!!! Wenn ihr jemanden etwas gutes tun wollt empfehle ich direkt bei einer Airline einen Gutschein zu kaufen oder bei vergleichsweise, wie check 24, scyscanner oder trip.com für mich sowieso die besten Seiten die es gibt.....
