Transparency

You need to be transparent and warn customers that your fares are can be anywhere between 10% to 25% much more expensive than when purchasing directly from the airlines! I have just tried to book a flight and I almost fainted when the airline was $1,311 and you were selling the exact same flight and conditions for $1,835!

te hoge prijzen

de prijs van het hotel wat ik uitgezocht had in Porto was veel te hoog. Ik had een hotelgiftcard van 250 euro maar zelfs met deze cadeaubon was ik duurder uit dan zonder die bon op booking.com. Ik ben eens gaan vergelijken en dan blijkt dat de prijzen inderdaad allemaal ca. 30 tot 40% lager liggen als je ze rechtstreeks op de site van hotel of via andere boekingssite zoals bijv. booking

Fast and fair support

The support answered within hours and kept me updated about the situation and the steps they took to find a solution for my problem. I felt positive about the communication all the time and every argument and information was aknowledged. I am very happy about the outcome of my incident as i received a partial refund although the cancellation deadline had passed but even without the refund the process went smooth and fair. Great job really 👍

Was kept well informed but sometimes situations weren't explained to clearly I am quite an impatient person and get quite frustrated when things don't happen straight away I made the process hard by adding extra days but it's all sorted now through the patience and diligence of the staff

Perfect and really nice Help

The gift card is beautiful and it’s such a cool gift idea. Though I had a little trouble with buying it because of my card so I switched to my mothers credentials. So I wrote to the help center and Nikos from the help center responded so quickly and was super nice. So I’m definitely going to buy another gift card for friend sometime.
