Contact flightgift directly as they are helpful and sorted out our issue with finding flights
After having issues finding flights to use my voucher that my partner had purchased for me I contacted flightgift and Dimitris_M was so very helpful and managed to find the flights to our preferred destination that we had found with the airline and he sorted everything out efficiently. Thank you so much Dimitris and we are both really looking forward to our trip to Ibiza.

It was quite easy to redeem the gift card through their website but the hotel rates were higher than many portals so a bit disappointed with that !

I am very appreciative of the staff at Hotel Gift. They were very helpful throughout a very difficult time, they helped me with my Hotel booking that I had issues with during Tropical Cyclone Alfred in early March this year. Outstanding customer service
Our experience was great customer service as unfortunately the day before we were supposed to travel I woke up with a fever and we emailed Hotelgift if we could at least get a voucher from the hotel to use next time being that we understood it was a non-refundable choice. However, hotelgift talked to the hotel on our behalf and refunded us the money back + also the discount I had used, which I can now use another time. Super happy with the excellent service. Also they were very quick to reply.

The app itself is easy to navigate and book a holiday but mostly impressed with the service we received following a query about multiple vouchers.
