The product is impeccable. The gift presentation is very impressive. My daughter was truly amazed with her gift.
Customers should be aware that shipping is from Europe and adjust delivery timing expectations. I ordered on 13 December and FlightGift arrived in California on 31 December.

I purchased the voucher as a gift for my wife
I purchased the voucher as a gift for my wife as a down payment on a holiday this year which we rarely manage to take. I had already checked out some flight prices before we went on your site to book them, then we spotted a problem, your price was 180€ more expensive than I had seen earlier so I rechecked and yes that was still the case. Fortunately for us I was able to get a refund or my 100€ voucher was actually worthless in fact it was going to cost me 80€ more to spend my 100€.
What you could do to improve your service is to add a modest increase to the flight price or it is only a matter of time before social media puts you out of business.
Next time I will print my own gift voucher offering to pay directly towards the cost of the flight when they book direct with the airline.

Buying it for someone seems seamless and straight forward
The whole Process of buying the gift card is very smooth and straight forward but in terms of the experience, I have yet to experience or have to ask the person that I'm giving it to, other than that, that's all I can say for now.

I booked a flight using 2 cumulative gift cards. After I had generated the gift codes, I submitted my request. I was answered in a few minutes by the support team, who helped me to book the exact flights I needed. During all the steps of the process (that lasted just a few hours) the staff members gave me the impression to be precisely assisted.
The only discomfort was I received the last message at about 1.00 am.
my first experience with flightgift was absolutely positive.

The customer service and website
The customer service, although only via email and chat was very smooth and efficient and very polite communication. The hotelgift.com website is not the greatest in efficiency often taking you back out to have to search all over again.

Well, well, Flightgift. It seems your team, particularly Vaggelis, is suddenly very responsive when there’s a public review to manage—but where was this enthusiasm for the past 18 months while I was chasing you for a refund?
Your claim that you’ve "always responded" is a blatant lie. I’ve checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders thoroughly—there’s nothing. Odd how your customer service emails go missing, yet you’re lightning-fast to address reviews on Trustpilot. Almost as if you're more interested in managing your public image than resolving actual customer issues.
The cherry on top? You expect me to personally chase Ryanair for a refund on a booking made via your platform, knowing full well Ryanair only communicates with the booker. You didn’t forget to take my money, but you conveniently forget your responsibility when it’s time to act.
Flightgift’s true priority? Swapping your hard-earned cash for "gift cards" with short expiry dates, offering non-existent support, and then scrambling to deflect blame when called out. How many other customers are in the same boat, I wonder?
The only thing you’ve gifted me is frustration, wasted time, and some very bad memories. Avoid this company at all costs.
