Products are faulty and no refund
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recent order I received from your company. The product arrived in a non-functional state, and despite my efforts to charge and troubleshoot it, it still does not work.
I have contacted your team multiple times via email requesting either a refund or a replacement, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially considering how promptly the payment was taken.
As a consumer, I am entitled to a working product or a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am giving your company 7 days to respond to this message and provide a resolution. If I do not hear back within this time frame, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the matter further, including raising a dispute with my payment provider and submitting a complaint to Trading Standards.
I hope this can be resolved quickly
Avoid this company at all costs
If you order anything from this company you may as well just throw your money away, I ordered a rotating rotisserie only the company failed to send me the rotating mechanism. I paid over £20 and their resolution was to offer me £3 compensation which didn't even cover the postage fees which demonstrates they admitted liability and failure to comply with the consumer act not that it's done me any good. Please don't order from this company and tell your friend not to order from this company as you will be wasting your money.

Placed my order it was £10.25 they took £13! I emailed the moment I realised which was just 5 minutes after order was placed, said cancel my order! They said we are sorry we will look into this if we took too much we will refund the extra!
Again I said can you cancel my order and full refund! At this time only 10 minutes had past. They did not respond for 48 hours then said sorry your order has been dispatched it’s too late!
The company admitted in a reply email that they did indeed take too much money it was apparently a system error still have not received a refund even for the extra they took!!!! Will NEVER use again!!
When they take your money it even shows on your bank statement under a different name! Skyloto!
To add insult to injury. Had ordered a pet fur cleaning tool and received a window cleaning tool! Absolutely useless company!

Like similar reviewers, I ordered a rotating bbq basket. Received the basket, but no rotating mechanism. After a number of emails I have been offered £1 compensation, which they upped to £3, and finally the shipping address to a warehouse in China, the postage for which I was expected to pay to get a refund. I only ever wanted the missing part.

Don’t buy anything from these people unless you are looking for some rubbish. Bought a phone holder and the magnet does not even have enough strength to hold a regular mobile phone (iPhone 15). It falls. Literally rubbish. If you try to contact them through the email you get some kind of automated reply completely unrelated to your query

I ordered a ROTATING grill with wind up mechanism. The grill arrived but no wind up mechanism, dealing with customer service to resolve this is a nightmare, they offered £2.00 refund. What use is it to me without the mechanism. Would avoid this company if I were you, from now I will check trust pilot before ordering from overseas companies again.AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Like many others, ordered but never received my order. Tracking number is not valid. They might have sent it to another planet. Sham company.

Ordered, paid for and the tracking shows it is on its way, but a week later, after arriving with Royal Mail, it remains out of sight. I have waited a total of 10 days, I do not expect to see the parcel or to get my money back, don't waste your time with this company, the tracking website is worse than useless

Made contact today to ask when I will receive my (windscreen clean brush) which was ordered on 10th September. Payment was taken from my bank on 11th September. I was told the item was still I’m my Basket and need to complete the order (even though I had received a tracking number) £14.70 was taken which was more than advertised. I have sent a screenshot of the transaction but not heard back.
