Absolute rubbish

Cannot get any response for a refund or any information on how to send the goods back .

Bought a 2 piece from this company . Waist of skirt was 3 inches smaller than advertised! Tried to return . Customer services gave me the run around for weeks! Saying it was too expensive to return and offering me £3 in compensation!!! I eventually went through PayPal and contacted the company that my payment went to ( StarCraft Network Limited ) . I was told to return the item to an address in China . I did so through Royal Mail International at a cost of £17.90 . As soon as I showed proof of postage they refunded the cost of the outfit .
Today , 3 weeks later my package has been returned with the reason “ no such address”!!
What an absolute con and a disgrace !!!
I am now going to try and get my postage refunded .

Ordered a dress over a month ago through this company, off Instagram. Still no sign of it despite several emails. Not holding out hope that it will show.

I totally agree with all the negative comments. Am only giving 1 star because I have to to write my comment. Quality of the outfit is terrible and when the outfits don’t fit they refuse to refund despite their refund policy. DO NOT BUY!

ABSOLUTE CON. Advertising of products is false. Items are nothing like the pictures. Sizes sent are wrong. Customer service is shocking and they will not allow you to return even with proof wrong item has been sent. Total con job. AVOID

Awful!!! Do not buy from this store its a total con. The items are terrible quality and nothing like the procures shown, dresses do not have the features that are marketed on the website or Instagram. Clothes are made with cheap fabric and not for western bodies. Customer service terrible. Do not buy from this store

I have given this company 1 star because I had to, to start this review. I wouldn't give them any stars. Avoid this company like the plague. Orderd a dress for my wife, sizes totaly wrong, Poor quality. When I contacted them to return the item just kept getting fobbed off. They offerd me a £4 refund telling me they had checked the dress and everything was correct. I question if they check anything. This company is a disgrace and I will be letting as may people know as I can, not to buy from them.

Exactly the same experience as other reviewers - sizing is completely incorrect. No response to emails when trying to return items. Waste of time and money. Avoid this company

This isn’t a reputable company as there is no returns option. The customer service sends you around in circles between email and chatbot. Terrible experience and left with items that isn’t fit!! And I think the blocked me on Facebook for leaving a negative comment

This company is an absolute joke. I checked their returns policy prior to ordering and that is why I placed the order. What a f***ing farce. Offering rediculous discount when all I wish to do is return the items and get my money back. I am quite happy to go on whatever social media that I can to warn people in this Country not to bother with them. They totally reneged on their returns policy...load of b*******s and nobody should touch them with a barge pole...Social media should have some more rules in place to stop this crap!

Ordered a dress in XL (size 16/18). It came as a two piece, top and skirt. Skirt is a size 10, measurements are wholly incorrect. I’ve clearly been mis-sold the garment. As per the other reviews, exactly the same responses. I’m now upto £5 compensation , the outfit costing £26.99. I’ve replied saying I am happy to pay the ‘returns’ to China but keep being fobbed off! The latest email; “We are sorry for the inconvenience.​
Because your product is what you ordered, we did not send the wrong product.​
I have already fought for the highest compensation for you from my company.​
I hope you can seriously consider it and receive it.​“

I would rate zero stars if possible. Items are shipped from warehouse in Europe yet when pressed for an address the returns are to China and are not free. Item not as described and not true to size. Was offered GBP2 and then GBP3 to keep items. I only got a return address once I mentioned claim back through credit card and trading standards. Disingenuous at best.

Avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service for faulty product. As per other reviews, apparently ‘warehouse has checked’ and nothing wrong with item! Free returns as stated in Facebook load of rubbish. I’ve been told I don’t ‘deserve’ a free return and it would be too expensive to return to China. Offered £2 compensation. Definitely scam company. Wish I had checked on here first. For others that do - do not buy anything from them no matter how good it seems!!!

I have sent numerous emails contacted via Facebook to return an item !!..
They have now blocked me from contacting (emails bounce back and messages won’t send)
Now arranging with my bank to get my money back

Would like to give 0 stars. A previous reviewer says 'scam company'. I would tend to agree. Ordered a LAPTOP stand after seeing an advert on Facebook. What arrived was a TABLET stand which in no way can hold a laptop.
The order said LAPTOP stand. The photo on the advert showed a LAPTOP. But it is just far too small to hold any laptop.
Numerous requests for a refund fallen on deaf ears and I would have to return it at my cost.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
In addition they also took a P&P charge from my credit card despite the ad saying P&P was FREE.
I have asked more than once for details of the managing director or chief executive to write to them directly but no replies to my requests. No surprise.
Hopefully people will read these reviews before buying anything from this company. Save your money & go elsewhere.

Absolutely feels like a scam company. I ordered a laptop stand and received a pair of overalls. After requesting numerous pieces of information one of which was a number under a postal label which you couldn’t see they advised that the overalls was what I ordered despite sending proof by emails received by them that I ordered a laptop. They’ve now advised that to get a (non-guaranteed) refund I would have to return the item to China at my own cost. Disgusting.
