Habe eine teure Designersonnenbrille bestellt, die nie ankam. Hermes hat es vor der Tür des Büros hinterlassen, wurde denke ich gestohlen, Eyerim ist seit zwei Wochen nicht in der Lage, den Fall zu klären. Hotline gibt es nicht, e-maill Antworten sind allgemeine Vertröstungsphrasen.

Super Sonnenbrille. Sehr schneller Versand.

Ich habe das Montblanc-Brillengestell ohne Gläser am Montag bestellt und bereits am Freitag erhalten. Die Lieferung war super schnell, die Qualität prima und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Alles bestens – gerne wieder. Hinweis: Auf Google gebe ich keinerlei Bewertungen mehr ab, weder positiv noch negativ, da ich der Meinung bin, dass auf Google eine Bewertungsreputation durch die Bewertenden vorgenommen werden kann.

Ich warte seit dem 05.09.2025 auf meine Kontaktlinsen.
Versand sollte bis 8 Tage dauern, leider haben wir heute den 27.09.2025 und die Bestellung ist noch nicht angekommen.
Der Versand Status steht auf " beim Lieferanten bestellt ".
Per Email wird nur auf Nachfrage gesagt, das es noch weitere 14 tage dauern kann.
Ich habe noch nie so lange auf meine Kontaktlinsen gewartet.

ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen!
Ich habe für einen Top Preis eine perfekte Brille bekommen. Ich bin absolut begeistert.
Die nächste Brille werde ich auch dort kaufen.

Just purchased the Oakley enigma mass glasses with prescription lenses.. turn around time was about one week with shipping to Germany.. i was skeptical at first because of the low price compared to other online shops.. but everything turned out great :) .. the oakley hardshell case, soft case, and the replacement nose pad pieces with original box were all included.. even the original demo lenses were sent.. I ordered the basic lenses and were suprised that they are anti reflective .. all for 115 euro which is alot less then the frames cost in most online stores!

Die gelieferte Gleitsichtbrille weist erhebliche Verarbeitungsfehler auf. Der Lesebereich der speziell bestellten Eyerim-Gläser ist untragbar tief im Brillengestell positioniert, was ein unnatürlich hohes Anheben des Kopfes beim Lesen erforderlich macht und zu erheblichen Beeinträchtigungen führt. Die hochwertige Brille ist daher funktionsuntüchtig. Erschwerend kommt hinzu, dass offenbar für die Eyerim-Gläser keine separate Erstattung möglich ist, sondern lediglich eine Rückerstattung des Gestells nach Rücksendung der kompletten Brille - es ist unverschämt, grenzwertig ind fast Betrug, dass EYERIM mangelhafte Brillengläser nicht nachbessert oder ersetzt.

Daher ist der Anbieter nicht zu empfehlen, um Ärger und unnötigen Aufwand zu vermeiden.

Zwrot nie obejmuje soczewek. Zamówiłem okulary, okazało się że mi optyk źle wypisał receptę i jedna soczewka była ok, a przez drugą nic nie widziałem. Zwróciłem okulary by zobaczyć że zwrócą mi tylko 30% ceny okularów, bo szkła nie uwzględniają w zwrocie. Kilkaset złotych straconych.
Oczywiście na okulary czekałem około 3 tygodnie, a potem 2 tygodnie na zarejestrowanie zwrotu. Same ramki wyglądały jak na głowę dziecka.
Nie mam absolutnie nic pozytywnego do powiedzienia o tej firmie.

Glasses came with scratches and needed adjusting, they were not aligning perfectly on my face. It is not the glasses' fault, since I ordered the same pair from another shop and they were perfect. Customer service was nice, though.

I ordered one of the Lacoste sunglasses on 29 June 2020 with "cash on delivery" payment method.I live in Lovosoice where is in Ustecky Kraj district in Czech Republic. I kept in touch with Chris who is specialist at eyerim.cz. He helped a lot and delivered product on 13 July 2020 (14 days later) as he committed. I really loved product, appreciated.

Hizé el pedido,sin saber de malas opiniones,luego demoró y nada de información.me contacte por Facebook,y rápido tuve la respuesta porque pedí la devolución de plata.lo mandaron por eso,y llego el modelo adecuado y bonito de Lacoste.en suma bien y barato.todo demoró 14 días.

Eyerim sent and delivered wrong model of sunglasses. I paid for the shipment in cash.
After opening the package containing wrong item, I immediately contacted Eyerim. They told me to send the sunglasses back to them and that they'll solve the situation when the sunglasses arrive.
Last Thursday (9th of August 2018) the GLS delivery service picked up the package with wrong model of sunglasses. The package was delivered to Eyerim on Tuesday (14th of August 2018). There were no reactions from the company Eyerim so far (today it's 20th of August) - which is to be expected from a company that sends the wrong item by its mistake and, instead of doing everything to correct its mistake and send the ordered item as soon as possible, treats the customer as a thief and a fraudster, asks for the wrongly shipped glasses like the customer is going to fool them and keep the wrong model of sunglasses.
I am confident that now, when they have received the wrongly shipped sunglasses, they will find some reason not to send the ordered and PAID (CASH ON DELIVERY) model of sunglasses.
