I was looking for a custom length type 2 ev cable. I used the webchat function and was connected with Olivia.
Olivia was particularly helpful, provided accurate advice, friendly and went above and beyond to organise delivery. The price was good and I wouldn't hesitate to use ezoomed again. Olivia really is a credit to the company.

Excellent quality and customer service for excellent price
I was very pleased with my experience purchasing an EV charging cable from e-zoomed. Olivia was very responsive to my questions and, with the order placed on a Sunday evening, the cable was already delivered on Tuesday afternoon. The cable looks and feels of solid quality, despite being the cheapest I could find online. Overall very satisfied and happy to recommend doing business with e-zoomed.

Good quality custom V2L parts and service
V2L custom cables required for a work project and support from e-zoomed was excellent and quick each time. The quality of parts used is good, so I expect service life to be good.

Great customer service. Great product.
Excellent service. Olivia was very helpful in answering all my questions and was friendly and knowledgable. The most competitive price I could find online for long EV cables. I needed a EV cable of over 20m to reach my drive and Olivia advised which one was best for my requirements. The product is a quality item - very heavy but that is to be expected with such a long, well made cable. Would highly recommend.

Works well
The item arrived promptly and was as described. I tried it out yesterdy using a 2Kw weed burner on my drive. I used it for nearly an hour with only one break of about 1 minute and it worked perfectly, using 2Kw from the car battery. It was certaily easier than plugging in at the house with an extension lead. So it seems to be safe and works well.

This cable opens your Tesla charge port, epic!
Ordered the Tesla compatible charging cable as I love being able to open the charge port directly from the charging cable, a feature which I believe is unique to Tesla and their Supercharger network.
Very good quality cable, very nice blue charge handles, very well made. Delivery was also excellent, shipping was free (it was very expensive from the only other website I found that sells this cable!), ordered it on a Saturday night and it arrived from Europe in 5 days, very impressive!!
